Some of the buzz about this delay is that it pushes it to after the elections. This isn’t significant, and might even be worse for the Democrats, as everyone will still find out about the higher premiums just before the election. What is significant is how nonchalant this administration is about rewriting legislation without going through Congress. I thought Obamacare was the “law of the land” and that the Republicans were terrorists, racists, and bomb-throwers for suggesting changes during the government shutdown debate in October. Yet, Obama and the Democrats see nothing wrong with his administration rewriting laws at his whim, without getting the law changed by Congress.
In other words, the Republicans were not only right about the disaster that is Obamacare, they have been trying to fix it the correct and legal way.

I have advised my family and close friends that the best way to deal with this IS to Not sign -up and to ignore this Political Farce
This is a comment about how dishonestly the Affordable Healthcare Act (Obamacare) was passed. I was un-aware of this little (I really mean disturbingly BIG) detail about how Harry Reid removed all of the text from a revenue neutral bill that pertained to veterans mortgages that was negotiated and passed by the Congress and replaced it with the text of the AHA (Obamacare), who’s text apparently no one of either House read. Remember the now immortal words of Nancy Pelosi “You have to pass the bill before you can know what’s in it”. She really meant it!
As you all may or may not know, the Constitution mandates all revenue (tax) bills must originate in the Congress, the peoples house (If you do not know why that is I suggest all people who pay taxes reading this think about it for a while). As I have stated, the bill that was passed by the Senate and moved ahead to the president to be signed into a law that effects every American existing now and to be born in the future was a manipulation by Harry Reid, the Senate and the president. They took a bill passed by the Congress by over 400 votes to 0 that had nothing to do with healthcare or an increase in revenue and replaced that text with the text that is the offence to the Constitution that is referred to as “Obamacare”, that is certainly an increase in taxes and is an un-Constitutional intrusion into the private lives of the people of America. Think about it, you can not be legally born in the United States Of America or legally exist today without having a healthcare policy. Let that sink in.
I am confident that most everyone who reads about this perversion of our Constitution in the article below was 1. Totally unaware of it, and 2. Is totally outraged that the people who they empower, party affiliation aside, to do their business in Washington would dare stoop so low as to put their political agenda ahead of the interests of the country and the intent of the Constitution. These actions occurring anywhere else besides the House Of Representatives would surely result in criminal charges brought against the people involved in the scheme.
The people of America must unite and right these wrongs, we are on a dangerous road where government supersedes the Constitution and the individual.

have a Close Look at what just took place . They have Tested the waters of What we the People have tolerated. Under this regime, we are Had. The next step on their part, will be troops in the street and the Nationwide Issue of Martial Law.

The whole thing was a slight of hand trick from beginning to end.
Even the Democrats were lied to about what was in it. They are just afraid to say anything about it. I wonder what they fear? Its obviously not the American people in a revolt.
Nancy and Harry seem to be the only ones who had a good idea what was in it.
Do you know how most if not all bills and changes are in part written by lobbyists? Well who was lobbying for this bill? Why has no one played follow the money? Who influenced all those democrats? And how?
Think Constitution, Tea Party (if it is not co-opted) and, as crazy as it may seem, Duck Dynasty.
This is what has the potential to save our country.
What I was specifically not aware of was that a wholly unrelated bill not concerned in the least with healthcare or taxes was passed by the Congress, the passed bill was removed essentially from its cover and a bill that the Congress did not vote on was inserted in its place.
Were you aware of that specific manipulation by the Senate?
Please don’t obscure that specific detail in this conversation by muddying up the discussion with the rest of the many disturbing elements of the Bill / Law. Using this logic a bill stating that the Congress was against torturing puppies could be passed and the Senate could’ under the cover of that bill replace its contents with what ever they wanted to replace it with, pass that law and send it on to a complicit president to be signed into law, like Obamacare.
I submit that a majority of Americans are still unaware of this element of how this paradigm changing law was passed by only one party.
