First, this was done just a couple months after Obama took office – almost as if they knew they were going to break laws & were proactively taking steps to prevent anyone from finding the truth.

2nd, this plays right into the Obama Regime’s attempts to continue to shield any & all his records from public scrutiny. He’s never produced a verifiably valid Birth Certificate, his SS # was previously issued to someone else & he’s prevented us from seeing the original document, he has refused to release any of his college grades & records, including those for college loans which would show whether he was (fraudulently) claiming status as a foreign student, and on & on (no point naming them all).

He has never answered what happened to him as the Benghazi debacle was unfolding, where he went & why he was apparently unreachable during a time of crisis – unprecedented for a U.S. president. So by unilaterally (and I believe illegally) changing the FOIA law for his own benefit, he’s been able to stonewall any investigation into any number of serious matters. Reminds one of the actions of a tin-horn Banana Republic Dictator…
