The formula for usurping the Constitution:

1. Develope any oppressive socialist anti Constitutional law you would like to pass.

2. Be ready to take advantage of any stastistical liberal anomomly in the voteing cycle, usually expressed as a massive push back to a previous president who himself is seen as a massive contradictory spender and viloator of the Constitution.

3. Pass the law as a totally partisan law if neccessary and get it passed by buying Senators or Congressmen as need be.

4. Have the law inserted into the fabric of the country as much as possible and as soon as possible, no matter what.

5. When the push back comes be ready to have the law so imbedded or seemingly embedded so you can claim that great harm will occur if it is tampered with.

6. Back up: Make sure you have a Supreme Court Justice who will to surrender his or her feduciary responsibility on your side, its best if its the Chief Justice.

Also remember: " You can't know whats in the bill until you pass it.", is also a good philisophical point to begin with.
