This seems strange, as it didn’t seem to be a problem three years ago. COVID-19 restrictions have played a role, but maybe when folks learned they could make a living without putting up with the workplace irrationality, they did.

It already exists in much of the civil workspace ( as related to me by people who work there).

It exists in the military work place. It is being pushed by the higher politically influenced levels of command ( again, related to me by people who have sat in the blocks of instruction, and have been exposed to the training, and been counselled for stating basic opposition).

It exists in commercial work places. Companies must have a DEI (or similar such executive level position) rep, as mandated by any company that wants to bid on a gov contract, both federal and many states.

It exists heavily in education. They know if kids grow expecting this environment, they will be less resistant as they get older.
