Your correct but what should be done about that?

Should we go back and edit out ALL films with any reference to racism?
Should we throw out those films in totality?
Or should we keep them intact with their full original intent and content and use them as educational pieces of our American history and learn from them? then maybe we could even learn to enjoy them again in some fashion.
