I am talking about Americans and America, and I include white people, black people and every other kind of person that lives and is a citizen of this country. Mutual respect for them all and not this constant scam that is proposed by people who want and need there to be division, hatred between reasonable and good rational Americans. And they want retribution to boot.

In promoting / selling division, hatred and retribution there is a strategy of promoting and selling division, hatred and retribution. It is a vicious cycle with a strategic purpose.

And without that argument what do they have? Nothing. There is no positive rational result potential, only a strategic choice. It verges on / is a military operation.

The Constitution is designed to evolve and adjust itself over time, but it is not meant to be used as a weapon against itself in order to destroy itself. Unless you can get a super majority to agree with you that is.

“40 per cent would be for the state education fund”. I know exactly what that means though. Anything that is titled for “Education” is just a black hole of spending that produces NOTHING other than the enrichment and rewarding of the problems that plague the city, and the Democrats.

And they will throw 20 percent to those who abuse the substance. In other words another black hole of probably useless spending to make the first two recipients good about their wind fall.

The city of Evanston is using tax money from the sale of marijuana to fund their version of “Reparations”.

Now you think for a few moments about who will actually be supplying the majority of the tax money derived from the sale of marijuana for this “Reparation” fund. Just like everything any Democrat government elected official or Democrat party leadership proposes for the “Good” of the population under their hand, IT IS A FRAUD AND A LIE.

And if they can they will steal from whom ever they think they can get away with stealing from and call it good. Its all a perception, politics is all about perception and no real substance.
