There have got to be many better options than Sessions. Asset forfeiture is bad, but recusal of the Russia investigation followed by a witch hut will damage this country beyond repair if something is not done.

Do a search for “asset forfeiture” in the search engine on the site, it is surprising how many The Z man has documented. The link shows the increase in asset forfeiture and how it’s a booming enterprise growing bigger each year.

I like Session’s, but he’s been wrong on drugs and stealing peoples asset’s unconstitutionally, since ‘like forever. I was against this in 1986 and now it’s become institutionalized, and much like socialized medicine, it will not be going away, ever.

-Coincidentally, I’ve been systematically cashing out my investments & retirement-accounts since March, and I’ve had to file literally a score of Currency Transaction Reports. God only knows how many of those transactions resulted in Suspicious Activity Referrals against me.
(They can come and try to take it from me, the trail ends with me and they’ll never find it.)

This has a really bad history of local departments using it for personal gain.
It is blatant in is un-constitutionally and not to be taken lightly.
It must be fought
In the meantime I may head to the range and work on my long shots while listening to The Who – Won’t get fooled again.
This is serious stuff.

This is one of those programs that sounded good when first implemented but if good intentions are to mean anything, you have to be concerned with results. The resulting unconstitutional abuse of power and victimization should condemn this program to the dust heap, or at very least restrict it to those convicted of crimes.

Neither party looks like they will stop it, although plenty from both parties are unhappy with the practice.

Ah, yes. The good old days of "J'accuse!" But at least it is to be used "especially for drug traffickers," and I am not a drug trafficker, so I have nothing to worry about, because they would never accuse an innocent person. Right? Right?!?
