One of the many reasons the Left despises Elon Musk is that he acquired his $$$ the old fashioned way – he EARNED IT.

He can hire plenty of his own lawyers, defend himself, and even counter sue. I suppose there are times where he may just settle out of court. Hopefully not very many. When you settle, it just provides the next creep with incentive.

PS — Here in Florida we have something called the “Right to Farm Act” that shields farmers and growers from such nuisance suits.
