Blair Ivey: Yes, we all expect the lawyers for these thugs to make this argument, but the key lie in your quote is contained in the phrase “lawful protesters.” These protesters were not lawful, they were brownshirts, thugs aimed at intimidating and squelching the freedom of speech of anyone that dares disagree with them.

Of course, this case will be argued in a California court, made up of judges and lawyers and jurors who quite likely approve of intimidating and squelching the freedom of speech of anyone that dares disagree with them. The culture there is fascist. We mustn’t forget that.
