If the U.K. government&#039;s OneWeb satellites had to wait 15 months forSpaceX to secure launch permission from the U.S. government, then SpaceX would still be waiting for permission to launch.  In this competition, the U.K. is losing.

If the UK is to compete with (say) the Guianas, the UK cannot afford to be adding delays.]]></description>
