It is true that such a GPR orbiter will be larger for Mars than for the Moon, because it must stay higher to keep out of Mars atmosphere, and still find the tubes. It would also be good if, like a lunar orbiting GPR, they use multiple wavelengths, to help discern what is inside the tubes, if anything.
