This technology, if it is viable, might well be a game changer and the monkey wrench would probably be that the the oil industry would welcome it and not tend to attempt to minimalize, control or discredit it. The drive against it may come from the left as it would tend to extend the life of oil production and the coal industry. Stay tuned.
