And If Obama looses the ruling the court will say that no part of the law can be rewritten with out passing both houses in a vote.
Or the court will agree that the president(ANY president) can change law at will. And how will the dems like those apples when the republicans take back the White house?

We just went through a government shutdown where Republicans asked for a one year delay to the individual mandate. In the process, Obama and the Democrats said some pretty terrible things about their political opposition.

Now, we know Republican concerns about Obamacare were correct and a delay was in the best interest of Obama and Obamacare yet Obama turned down the deal. Then today, Obama dictates a delay in contravention of the law.

Why did we even go through shutdown theatre if Obama was going to unilaterally delay it on his own? How is it possible that days before the launch of his signature accomplishment that he didn’t know the website was ready and that tens of millions would lose their insurance? It isn’t possible…

It is crazy that Obama and the Democrats turned down a Republican offer to delay the mandate and then issue edicts delaying the mandate and no one in the media calls them out.
