I am fortunate to listen to it, since I’ve had 2 PFAs against me since high school, 60 years ago.

One’s by the god of Music; the other by Barry Manilow. Not proud of it, but somebody(ies) don’t like my singing voice. And I even took a number of lessons from Biff Rose. Go figure.

Malinda released an “embellished” version of this song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zaey0QiqczQ) 3:30 long, adding instruments and her vocals, which aren’t at all necessary for the feeling of her singing, alone, in this small Spanish Church.. You know that in modern music, you can’t just sing a cappella – you need modern stuff to appeal to the masses.

Fascinating voice.
