The clothing is definitely Chinese.  The dancing is American black urban hip-hop with an admixture of martial arts moves, not all of which are necessarily of Chinese origin.  The racial heritage of the dancers is unknown.

The opportunities for scholars of modern malcontent-ery to expatiate at eye-bleeding length on just who is culturally appropriating what and from whom here seem endless.]]></description>
