On September 9, 2021, President Joe Biden announced harsh mandates nationwide that forced millions to get COVID shots. You had no choice. If you refused, you would be fired from your job and made a non-person, forbidden in all ways from participating normally in society.

“We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin,” Biden said, making a direct appeal to the 80 million people who he said were still unvaccinated. “Your refusal has cost all of us.”

…”It’s simple [said an official]: If you want to work for the federal government, you must be vaccinated. If you want to do business with the government, you must vaccinate your workforce.”

Those mandates — unreasonably based on very uncertain knowledge at the time — have now been found to have killed thousands of people who did not need to die.

And worst of all, the people imposing those mandates were lying, and knew they were lying.

Killing young adults

For a large majority of the population that either voluntarily chose to get the COVID jab or were forced to submit under duress, the shots and boosters at this point appear to have been harmless. Most people have exhibited no negative symptoms once jabbed, and have so far been able to go on with their lives as if nothing had changed.

The problem is that for many, that jab was a death sentence, with the executioner often arriving unexpectedly but quickly, and completely unnecessarily.

For example, prior to the Wuhan flu and these shots, it was almost unheard of for a young professional sports player to die suddenly during play. It did happen, but such events were so rare that when it did happen it always became a major news event.

This impression is also backed up by hard research. According to one study,

A total of 1866 athletes who died suddenly (or survived cardiac arrest), 19±6 years of age, were identified throughout the United States from 1980 to 2006 in 38 diverse sports. … In this national registry, the absolute number of cardiovascular sudden deaths in young US athletes was somewhat higher than previous estimates but relatively low nevertheless, with a rate of <100 per year.

No more. In the past two years alone more than 1,300 athletes have experienced cardiac arrest or serious heart issues, with almost 1,000 dying suddenly. All occurred after their sports organizations moved in lock-step with Joe Biden’s governmental mandates and imposed similar mandates on their athletes. If you wanted to play, you had to get the jab.

These numbers only cover athletes. There is also ample evidence of similar cardiac deaths occurring among all young people who were forced to get the jab. Once again, the numbers who die or get very ill remains small, but those numbers would have been considered unacceptable for any vaccine or shot prior to 2020, causing the vaccine or shot to be instantly pulled from the market. Instead, the medical community and the government have done their utmost to hide these numbers, either by slandering those that publicize them or by then quietly admitting to their reality later but so quietly no one notices.

Nor are heart problems in young people the only negative consequence caused by the jab. Another study has found that organ recipients were rejecting their transplants after receiving COVID shot. Other research found some developed a rare blood disorder after getting jabbed.

Another study found that among those who had negative symptoms after getting the COVID shot, 94% had “metal-like objects” in their blood.

In conclusion, such abrupt changes as we have documented in the peripheral blood profile of 948 patients have never been observed after inoculation by any vaccines in the past according to our clinical experience. The sudden transition, usually at the time of a second mRNA injection, from a state of perfect normalcy to a pathological one, with accompanying hemolysis, visible packing and stacking of red blood cells in conjunction with the formation of gigantic conglomerate foreign structures, some of them appearing as graphene-family super-structures, is unprecedented. Such phenomena have never been seen before after any ‘vaccination’ of the past,” the researchers stated.

In our experience as clinicians, these mRNA injections are very unlike traditional ‘vaccines’ and their manufacturers need, in our opinions, to come clean about what is in the injections and why it is there.

Nor is this all. See the horrifying list I provided on studies finding negative consequences from the jab in this June essay. Not only do the shots appear to increase short-term health risk, there is growing evidence it causes long-term damage to the immune system, brain damage, and blood clots.

Killing little children

While the shot appears to cause only limited mortal harm among adults, with children it seemed almost routinely deadly, a fact made even more horrifying in that healthy children are practically immune from the Wuhan flu in the first place. For example, Europe experienced a shocking 755% increase in excess deaths among children after it approved they get the COVID shots. Meanwhile, in the U.S. the CDC found that more than half of babies and toddlers had a “systematic reaction” after getting jabbed, with about 10% of these children experiencing serious health impacts that could shorten their lives.

A number of sane governments worldwide quickly responded to this data and stopped giving the jab to their younger populations.

The last article also noted these facts:

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) own VAERS data, 19 serious adverse events have been identified in vaccinated babies and toddlers. Those adverse events include “death, life-threatening illness, hospitalization or prolongation of hospitalization, permanent disability, congenital anomaly or birth defect.”

Not surprisingly, even though American government agencies have continued to demand that everyone get their kids jabbed, the public has not gone along.

In D.C., which has the highest percentage of young children vaccinated, less than one quarter of children 6 months to four years old have received one dose— and 7.5% have received both doses, per the Washington Post. The states with some of the lowest child vaccination rates — Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi — have vaccination rates of less than 0.2%, the Post found.

Parents have almost universally decided that the jab is a bad idea for their kids.

Killing people for a shot that doesn’t work

Nor has this decision been a mistake. Studies are now finding that the shots are largely useless in stopping COVID. For just one example, a very large study of 134,000 people found that the shots quickly became ineffective.

They found that people who were fully vaccinated (with two doses of an mRNA vaccine, from either Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech) experienced a decline in vaccine effectiveness against both Delta and Omicron infections, but the drop was greater against Omicron than against Delta. Among the vaccinated, the shots’ effectiveness declined from 36% up to two months after the second dose of the primary series, to 1% up to four months later (or six months after the second dose). [emphasis mine]

Note the numbers: The jab worked for only about one third of those who got it, and only for a few months. After that it did nothing to stop COVID, and was thus pointless. Other data from places like Australia reinforce this conclusion. Despite practically everyone being forced to get the shots, that country set new records for COVID deaths.

The shots simply didn’t stop COVID, as promised. (For more evidence, see the list of similar studies in my June post.)

Thus, it is not surprising that there are doctors demanding a pause in its use.

One of Britain’s most influential cardiologists, Dr. Aseem Malhotra—citing a duty to his patients, scientific integrity, and the truth—just published what he describes as perhaps the most critical research paper of his prestigious career. His work, fueled by the sudden death of his “very fit and well” father in July 2021, critically appraised the real-world data around the mRNA COVID jab.

After nine months of rigorous research and extensive peer review, Malhotra’s paper concludes what many heavily censored brave experts have been saying for months—the massive push to get the mRNA COVID-19 jab into the arms of humanity serves a purely sinister purpose: increased pharmaceutical shareholder profits at any cost. Indeed, with Pfizer in the lead, Malhotra is convinced the current system, which gives big pharma way too much power, is “encouraging good people to do bad things.” On that note, he is calling for all COVID-19 vaccines to be withdrawn.

Don’t you dare argue with Joe, you fascist! He knows best,
even when he knows nothing!

In the beginning the jab was experimental, it wasn’t known for sure if it would work, and the preliminary tests before approval strongly suggested it might prove harmful. To impose any mandates requiring people to get it was unconscionable.

Yet, Joe Biden, many Democrat politicians, and their tools in corporate management did mandate it, without data or thought.

We have now learned what a terrible idea these mandates were. Their use should never have been forced. Instead, people should have been allowed to choose for themselves, freely, as free educated citizens are allowed to do, in a free society.

Joe Biden and the Democrats however don’t like the idea of a free society, and so they smashed their boots into our faces, and thousands of young people died unnecessarily, while thousands of others lost their jobs and had their lives crushed.

May we never again allow government to make our health decisions for us. It is not their job.

However, none of this is the worst part of this story. The worst part? We now know those unreasonable edicts were imposed by government officials who from day one of the Wuhan panic were consciously and routinely lying about everything.

Bring a gun to a knife fight: In the past week three stories from New York City suggest that the willingness to fight against the irrational and abusive COVID shot mandates imposed by the one-party rule of the Democratic Party in that city can win.

First, a state judge in New York on September 13, 2022 ruled in favor of a lawsuit by police officer Alexander Delito, stating that the city cannot fire him for refusing to get the jab. Delito had apparently been arbitrarily denied a religious exemption, with no explanation. As the judge noted in his decision:

“The hollow and generic phrase ‘does not meet criteria’ cannot be rational because not a single item particular to [Deletto] was discussed and not a single reason for the decision was given,” Justice Arlene Bluth ruled. “There is no indication that anybody even read [Deletto’s] arguments. It is the duty of the agency to explain why it made the decision,” the judge added.

The ruling sets a precedent that will make it difficult for New York City to continue the mandate. Not surprisingly, a week later the city’s Democrat mayor, Eric Adams, announced he is lifting the mandate on the private sector and on school children, even as he refused to remove it from government workers.

The response from the leaders of various government unions was immediate. Here is just one example:

Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President Pat Lynch was among those quick to criticize the city. “This announcement is more proof that the vaccine mandate for New York City police officers is arbitrary, capricious, and fundamentally irrational,” he said. “Now that the city has abandoned any pretense of a public health justification for vaccine mandates, we expect it to settle our pending lawsuits and reinstate with back pay our members who unjustly lost their jobs.”

The statements from others were as blunt. And to illustrate Lynch’s point about other pending lawsuits, the very next day the Supreme Court agreed to hear the lawsuit from detective Anthony Marciano.

Marciano sued the city last year challenging a policy requiring municipal workers be inoculated against Covid-19. He did not qualify for religious or medical exemptions, but instead argued he’d acquired immunity through his front-line service and should be free to make his own decision about getting the jab.

Adams is going to find his clearly arbitrary, capricious, and irrational policy increasingly difficult to justify, without serious cost. For example:

Asked at a Tuesday press conference how he could legally justify lifting one m andate and not the other, Adams did not offer a clear cut answer. “We do things. We roll things out slowly. Right now, that is not on the radar for us,” he said.

In other words, he can’t explain this absurd and dictatorial policy at all. Nor can any of the other Democratic Party politicians who have acted like petty dictators in the past two years. They have acted contrary to law, to science, to common sense, and to simple human dignity. Not only have all of their draconian and vicious COVID policies failed, they have also destroyed the lives of millions, in a vain effort to stop the spread of a flu-like illness that is practically harmless to 98 percent of the population.

In the Old World such politicians would have been tarred, feathered, and hung up on lampposts. In the just world that was once America, simply voting them out of office would have sufficed. Since the latter seems increasingly difficult, do not be surprised if eventually the former occurs.

Our body, our choice! A federal court of appeals, in a 2-1 ruling on February 18, 2022, overruled a lower court judge and granted an injunction halting any punitive action by United Airlines against any employee who refuses to get a COVID shot because of religious or medical reasons.

The Fifth Circuit judges ordered the case to go back to Pittman for review. With Pittman’s concerns about irreparable harm assuaged, he will consider remaining preliminary injunction factors and ultimately decide whether unvaccinated employees with exemptions will return to work.

In November, Pittman notably told United Airlines employees that besides their inability to prove irreparable harm, their “arguments appear compelling and convincing at this stage. … United’s mandate thus reflects an apathy, if not antipathy, for many of its employees’ concerns and a dearth of toleration for those expressing diversity of thought,” he wrote in part. [emphasis mine]

The highlighted words illustrate the general intolerance of the left in imposing its mandates these past two years. Anyone who disagrees with them is considered a non-human who deserves no rights and can be oppressed and destroyed in any way the left sees fit.

United Airlines itself demonstrated its support for this intolerance when in December 2020 it kicked a family off a plane because the parents could not keep a mask on their two year old. As I wrote then,

You must watch the video to see how crazy and irrational this is. The father is holding her with a mask covering her face, even if it isn’t on her. More important, children don’t get COVID-19. Children don’t infect others. And the child is clearly not sick. To demand a mask on her makes no sense.

The lawsuit on which the judges ruled above is part of a pushback by United employees against the company’s rules that placed more than 2,000 people on unpaid leave, with many still under United contracts that prevent them from seeking other work.

Sadly, I can’t advise my readers to choose another airline company. All the airline companies have been pretty much as oppressive as United these past two years, generally treating their passengers like cattle on the way to slaughter. It would seem there is room here for some real competition, offering employees a tolerant work environment and its customers a pleasant flight. Right now no one is doing it.

I beg my readers to at least watch the edited version above. It will tear your heart out. As Dr. Pierre Kory noted at one point in describing what the government health agencies have been doing in the last two years, “This is corruption, plain and simple, this is corruption.”

Another doctor described how the hospital personally forbid him from prescribing the very medicines he had found had consistently worked, so much so that his patient survival rate was 50% higher than his colleagues. “I had to stand by idly watching these people die.” He was subsequently fired.

Many of the doctors testifying have already been featured in my daily blacklist column. Most however have not. When asked by Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin), the organizer of the hearing, how many had “experienced censorship, intimidation, or professional reprisal, or damage,” almost every hand went up.

Not only were these doctors outraged and horrified by the decision of hospitals and the government to block treatments they knew were working, they described the absurdity of giving healthy children the experimental COVID shots, even though their chances of dying from the Wuhan virus were practically nil. They further noted the even greater idiocy of giving these risky shots to children who have already had COVID and thus had natural immunity. All the shot could accomplish at that point was to subject the child to the very real risk of an adverse reaction, including some actual cases cited at the hearing one of which that led quickly to death.

Will anyone listen? I guarantee to you that no one in the Biden administration, the CDC, or the FDA will. Nor will the various manufacturers of the COVID shots. Representatives from these entities were invited to this hearing. All refused to testify.

There is only one solution that will work. The voters need to fire every elected official who is supporting these bad policies, and then the new legislators must move to fire the bureaucrats. The immediate removal of the entire upper management at the CDC, NIH, FDA, and all other federal health agencies should then follow.

I emphasize the word “immediate” because too often legislators like to stall from of their typical fear of controversy, or because despite their campaign promises they are wholly captured by the bureaucratic establishment in government. Stalling is not acceptable at this point. If the Republicans take control of Congress in November and do not immediately move to make this happen, they will prove that they are no different than the corrupt Democratic Party. At that point our entire Constitutional system will have been shown to have failed, leaving the general public with chaos, anarchy, and violence as its only remaining option.

And that option is really not something anyone should want, especially those in charge in DC.

Don’t comply: Numerous major hospital systems across the nation are abandoning the mandates that require employees to get the COVID shots or be fired because they have discovered that almost one third of their workforce are willing to walk away rather than get the shot.

The resulting staff shortages would then make operations in these hospitals impossible.

Facing serious staffing shortages, some of the largest and most prominent hospital systems in the United States, including HCA Healthcare Inc., Tenet Healthcare Corp., AdventHealth, and Cleveland Clinic have been forced to backpedal on their COVID-19 jab mandates in hopes of retaining crucial employees, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday

Townhall reported that University Hospitals in the Cleveland, Ohio area also recently announced the reversal of its jab mandate for hospital workers.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the major hospital systems have been forced to reevaluate their coercive COVID-19 jab policies after needed healthcare industry employees, especially nurses, chose to quit rather than get the experimental injections.

The article also notes that about 30% of the medical workforce is refusing to get the jab. No wonder these hospital systems are backing down. They can’t operate if they lose almost one third of their workforce.

This percentage also tells us a great deal about the COVID shots themselves. If almost one third those in the medical field are willing to lose their jobs rather than get the shots we have to wonder at the safety and usefulness of those shots. Those in the medical profession are most likely to have the best information about these shots, and apparently a large percentage have found them wanting.

Putting aside the value of the shots, these mandates are absurd for many other reasons. For example, these same healthcare workers worked unvaccinated for almost two years during the height of this epidemic and no one saw any problem with this. Why should getting the shot suddenly so important that these same dedicated workers must be fired if they refuse it? This makes no sense.

Second, if we are in the middle of a terrible epidemic (something that, based on the data, can certainly be questioned), doesn’t it seem ridiculous to fire one third of all healthcare workers and thus cripple your hospital system? It would be like shutting off all water to one third of the population, merely because you think the water might possibly be contaminated. Better to have those people die of thirst than give them water that might be tainted and that they could easily sterilize by boiling it first.

That these hospitals systems are backing down from this idiotic mandate policy is a sign that stupidity can be defeated. All Americans need to do is to stop complying with these mandates and lockdowns and mask requirements. If enough people begin acting like free citizens then the control freaks in our midst will find their power evaporating.

Do not comply: Boeing announced late last week that it is canceling its requirement that its workers get the COVID shots or be faced with termination.

The aircraft manufacturer said in an internal memo that it made the decision after a federal appeals court last month upheld its stay on President Biden’s vaccine mandate for companies with at least 100 employees.

It also appears that the decision was not solely for legal reasons. According to Boeing’s statement, “over 92% of the company’s U.S.-based workforce having registered as being fully vaccinated or having received a religious or medical accommodation.” That sounds nice, but based on the number of employees Boeing has, it means the company would have lost more than 10,000 employees if it had gone through with the mandate. Losing that many workers in one blow is likely something Boeing management did not want to deal with, especially considering the company’s numerous quality control problems.

It seems the refusal of so many employees to comply with this oppression medical edict was a major factor in forcing the company to back down. Boeing can’t afford to face a worker shortage at this time, especially as it struggles to get the 737-Max airplane back in operation and launch its Starliner manned space capsule.

Nor is Boeing the only major company to back down. Amtrak has done so, as have numerous healthcare and hospital networks.

Since these “vaccines” appear to do little to prevent someone from getting COVID-19, and in the case of the newest Omicron variant the preliminary data suggests they are useless, why mandate the shots at all? To continue to do so in the face of these basic facts suggests that a lot of people are not using their brains, and are on automatic fear control, irrelevant of reality.

A lot of companies however are beginning to realize that — based on these obvious facts — forcing people to get shots or get fired exposes the company to serious legal risk. Anyone fired or who becomes ill because of the shot will have good grounds for a lawsuit against the company.

Moreover, why panic at all? The data continues to show that COVID-19 is relatively harmless, that about 99.3% of the population survives it. It doesn’t kill you, it only makes you sick like the flu. And like the flu, only the old and very sick are in danger from it, and those individuals are generally not in the workforce.

More companies need to defy the Biden mandates. More employees need to refuse to comply. The more people refuse to follow these nonsensical edicts the more chance there is they will finally go away.

Persecution is now cool! On Octover 6th the Los Angeles city council joined a number of other cities in California as well as New York and voted to restrict access to most of society for anyone who has not gotten vaccinated against COVID.

Under the new law, businesses must require proof of vaccination when customers enter indoor facilities, including coffee shops, gyms, museums, bowling alleys, spas and a range of other venues.

…The L.A. rules allow customers to submit written exemptions for religious or medical reasons, but businesses must require those customers to use outdoor facilities, or to show evidence of a recent negative coronavirus test to come inside if no outdoor facilities are available. Customers who have no proof of vaccination or exemption can still enter briefly to use the restroom or pick up a takeout order, according to the ordinance.

Businesses that violate the rules can face escalating penalties under the ordinance, starting with a warning for a first violation, then a $1,000 fine for a second violation, eventually reaching a $5,000 penalty for a fourth or subsequent violation. The fines would begin to be enforced starting Nov. 29, according to the ordinance.

The rules apparently allow the unclean to enter supermarkets to buy groceries, but I would not expect that exemption to last much longer. Fear is what is driving these rules, not rational thought or actual data.

Moreover, the illogical of the rules is mind-boggling. Why is it forbidden to enter a bowling alley without a vaccine card, but you can still buy groceries? And why can the unvaccinated still enter to use the bathroom? Does COVID not spread when you need to pee?

Since March 2020, when the panic began, the claim has repeatedly been that the oppressive lockdowns, mandates, mask requirements, and restrictions of social activity are only temporary, and will help to slow and even stop the spread of COVID. And yet, none has worked, because none of these policies ever had the slightest chance of working. Respiratory illnesses like COVID spread, and eventually fade out as the general population gets the disease, survives, and becomes resistant to it. To make believe you can stop it is to imagine you can stand on the beach and hold back the tide with a shovel.

What makes these oppressive edicts even more absurd is that they are based on contradictory assumptions. First, they assume that if everyone gets vaccinated, everyone will be protected from COVID. Yet, they also assume that the unvaccinated are dangerous and can infect everyone, even those who have been vaccinated.

Which is it? Does the vaccine make you safe, or does it not? If the former, why bother banning the unvaccinated? If you have gotten the vaccine you thus safe and cannot get sick. You should be able to hug the unvaccinated, or even someone who is sick with COVID, and be immune.

And if the latter then why bother with these rules at all? The vaccine doesn’t protect you anyway, so you might as well allow everyone to go about their business normally.

In other words, these dictatorial rulings are insane, and are not based on any rational thought.

And yet, large swaths of the American public are demanding them, because they are afraid and need some make believe law to make that fear go away.

It will never go away however. These tyrannical laws cannot accomplish what the fearful desire. And until these fearful people recognize that reality and resolve instead to face their fear, that fear will rule their lives. The fear-driven will move for more and more restrictions and stricter and stricter rules against those who disagree with them, until we are living in a governmental hell far worse than anything Orwell imagined in his novel 1984.

We might even be there now.

The new law contains many sweeping provisions to mitigate climate change, including a mandate to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide by 30% below business-as-usual levels by 2020, and by 50% below 2000 levels by 2050. Furthermore, it stipulates that 35% of the country’s energy should come from renewable sources by 2024, and requires mandatory emissions reporting by the country’s largest polluters.

Some predictions:

• Mexico’s economy will go in the tank in the coming years because of this.
• Immigration (legal and illegal) to the United States will continue to increase as people flee this disaster.
• The law’s mandates will largely not be achievable.
• And whatever mandates are achieved, they will make no measurable difference to the carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere.

I find it sad how many legislators worldwide have bought into this silliness. You can’t mandate these kinds of technological changes. They have to evolve, based on competition and innovation. And they can only happen if the economics encourage it. Just because a group of Mexican lawmakers demand that something be done is no guarantee that it is possible.

In fact, it is more unlikely, considering how rarely common sense is used as a basis for action by most government officials.
