They’re coming for you next: Because pilot Sherry Walker has refused to get a COVID jab, United Airlines has put her unpaid active leave, which prevents her by contract from getting another job, and also prohibits her from accessing her 401(k) account.

Walker told Fox Digital on Monday that she is considered an “active employee” after being put on unpaid leave for not complying with the airline’s vaccine mandate in November. “That means that they can call us back with two weeks’ notice at any given time, they can just grab us and pull us back. But because we’re active, we haven’t had a qualified lifestyle change. So Schwab, which owns our 401(k) accounts, refuses to let anyone access them,” Walker told Fox.

Walker added that employees in similar shoes have been prohibited from finding other jobs because United has cracked down on non-competes. “In this case, they have said that no, no outside employment. In fact, you must go through ethics and compliance, and it can’t be a company that we could have … a non-compete” with.

And why might United be doing this?

Walker, who has been flying since she was 18 and has worked in the industry since 1998, is spearheading the fight against the vaccine mandates among airline employees, including with a legal battle.

“While we believe our employer has the right to have a mandate, they are obligated under Title VII to give us reasonable accommodations. And right now we’re fighting in the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans to wait a judgment to see if we will succeed in a preliminary injunction or if we will continue on the unreasonable accommodation of indefinite unpaid leave,” she told the Daily Signal on Sunday [January 23rd].

Walker was co-founder of Airline Employees for Health Freedom (AE4HF), which represents more than two thousand United employees who have filed a class action suit against United’s COVID shot mandates.

Could it be that United, along with many of today’s other intolerant fascists, doesn’t like her public opposition, and wants to silence her?

Walker was interviewed during the “Defeat The Mandate” protest in DC on January 23rd. She, like the thousands at that rally as well as millions more across the country, are defiant against these absurd discriminatory mandates. There is no reason for United to mandate the jab, since it is now well proven that it does not prevent one from either getting the Wuhan virus or passing it on to others. Forcing employees to get shot accomplishes nothing except to expose them to its increasingly worrisome adverse reactions.

Yet brainlessly the corporate stooges at United slog on. It is as if their brains shut down in March 2020 and they can no longer think rationally about anything related to COVID. All they can say is, “It is the rule! You must comply!”

Walker and others are no longer willing to do so. Kudos to her.

    Non-compete agreements are slavery anyway, and would be laughably unenforceable if we lived in a real civilization. Just one of many things that make me wonder why I ever believed in the propaganda about our nation’s respect for rights and freedom. People have been unjustly chained to their employers for decades now with these policies: California was actually surprisingly enlightened about the whole thing, refusing to enforce noncompetes – one of the reasons that the tech industry had their renaissance there long ago. Though I had seen my employer attempt to screw with departing employees: “if they’re not going to work for us, we won’t let them work for anyone!”

    I myself was “denied permission” to start a side business in a field completely unrelated to my work, on my own time with my own resources, by an employer I used to work for: The legal department swooped in with all sorts of threatening nonsense after I notified my manager, who was enthusiastic about it, that I was interested in doing this. It was never a condition of my employment, but I also had no chance of fighting it, because who in America today is rich enough to do anything in our corrupt legal system? Eventually changed jobs.

    The feudal conceit that the employer owns its white-collar employees, body and soul, is something that infuriates me.

    Let’s see:

    The claim floated by some schools a few years back was that they owned majority shares in their students’ future incomes (over and above the outrageous tuition and loans) because they owned the contents of their students heads.

    The claim floated by my previous employer and various corporations like them was that they owned our skills, and anything we might produce, on their time or on our own, until we found ourselves under the umbrella of another corporation which would make the same claim, or for X years after our employment.

    The claim by our military, after my honorable discharge, is that I’m first in line for the draft, and could be recalled for any reason or none for some years after my service, because I betrayed my usefulness/stupidity by my willingness to volunteer *some* years of my life to serve my country.

    It seems, according to the prevailing actual philosophy of our nation as enforced by our legal system, rather than the propaganda about how things are supposed to work: Everyone and anyone owns the contents of my mind, the proceeds of my creativity, and the product of my labor, but myself. We’ve been in a dark age for a long time, it seems.

    With the overall non-lethality of Omicron & the Courts ruling against mandates, I thought corporate leaders would be pivoting as quickly as possible to more sane policies. Guess not.

    And I am not saying to not take the “Vaccination” if it is determined that you are in a high-risk category, not at all. But ANYONE that is aware of the data that is plain to see may reasonably determine that they might choose to not take it.

    And you should NOT lose your job because of your choice!

    Something is amiss here in America IMO.

If you do not follow what the ELITE from the World Economic Forum / Davos want; then your businesses may not get the working capital you need- and the costs you pay for other services needed will rise since you are now considered. A “Risky” Business.

    Just wait if you have 401k and/or investment accounts with major houses on Wall Street your personal accounts will have it’s own ESG Score based at least on the stocks and instruments in your portfolio. See Black Rock.

  • Wondering if her United NCA extends to self-employment? Maybe work as a flight instructor. She may be able to command a premium, as students may want to learn to fly from a working [active employee] commercial pilot.

    I am thinking that the current worker shortage in the US is driven by people realizing that Government has a whole lot of control over whether they work or not, and maybe people are making their side-hustle, their main hustle.

    Dr. John Campbell I have found to be the most objective and down the middle interpreter of the data and facts regarding Covid and the “vaccines”.

    He reports in England, using the government’s own very detailed numbers and statistics that there were 17,000 deaths directly attributable ONLY to Covid. And that is so, that is accurate.

    The many other deaths from Covid, approx. 153,000 involved those individuals with one or more contributing comorbidities such as diabetes and other serious health conditions. And he points out that it’s the 5-year average number of deaths compared to the numbers related to the Covid pandemic event over and above that average that ultimately reflects the true effects of the Covid pandemic.

    And that IMO is the real take away regarding the Covid pandemic event in the world.

    No reasonable and rational person is saying that Covid does not exist, and that people are not dying from contracting it. Not at all.

    These divisive details of manipulation and the massive media censorship tow the line machine, or you will be disappeared and made null and void must be revealed for all to clearly see and understand.

    The big tech media machine seeks to take down or discredit Dr. Campbell and anyone else who dares to remain objective because they dare to not fully tow the media big tech big government agenda line.

    How, exactly, is Schwab keeping her from accessing the vested portions of her 401k? Neither Schwab nor United can legally keep her from removing those funds. Only the portions of the company match (if any) that haven’t been transferred to her are under their control.
