Behind The Black Postings By Robert Zimmerman

The law is such an inconvenient thing: A federal court has thrown out the net neutrality rules imposed by Obama’s FCC appointees, stating that the commission had overstepped its authority.

Have you noticed how the left always comes up for these meaningless terms — “net neutrality”, “single payer”, etc — any time they want to expand their power over our lives?

  1. My favorite is “settled law”.

    • Then of course there is the transition from “global warming” to “climate change” to “climate disruption.” All meaningless other than their political and manipulative meanings.

      • “Extreme weather” seems to be alarmist the phrase-of-the-moment. It even has 401 million google results to global warming’s 307 million.

Overstepped their authority? Look for Obama to give them Kennedy medals and raises.

I bet most people don’t even know what net neutrality even means. But then knowing would get in the way of a knee jerk reaction.

The ends don’t always justify the means. Maybe the FCC can redo it within the law.
