Eric Berger has uncovered a statistic about the U.S. space program that will certainly embolden skeptics of NASA and the government.

    You could say that about any risky, expensive project. No revelation here, just a statemtent of the obvious.

    one of the problems since 1969 with manned spaceflight has been willful gain. sure there has been scientific attributes associated with space programs, and demonstrated in 1967 era dollars. but, an overall viewpoint that was considered back then has festered along with congressional control. “money talks, bullshit walks”
