    That new Russian cargo spacecraft actually would not be able to launch any more cargo to the ISS than what the Progress does. 2½ tons, while Progress can lift up to 3 tons. That’s pressurized cargo, according to Anatoly Zak’s article and blog. Maybe it can carry more fuel or something, but I don’t see the point of this vapor ware even on paper.
