    Yey! More news. NASA has picked the two Discovery missions Lucy (to be launched in 2021) and Psyche (2023). Both are asteroid missions. One will visit 6(!) different Jovian Trojans. The other will visit the very dense Main Belt asteroid Psyche. Too bad for Venus again that its two candidates weren’t chosen. But both these missions have the potential to make great discoveries. Visiting six celestial objects per mission is a very good idea. It’s an asteroid cruiser.

    The link below is enjoyable also because of how Dr Jim Green, head of NASA’s planetary science missions, has been media trained to act very strange in the embedded short video. It’s like he’s talking to a puppy dog pet that doesn’t understand the words but get it that something exciting is happening :-)
