New NOAA commercial fishing regulations established last year are destroying small family-owned businesses.

    If I didn’t know better, I’d say this was a deliberate attempt to sabotage the small-business fishermen.

    Then there’s this:

    EPA Plan to Tighten dust standards alarms farmers

    “Oklahoma farmers say you can’t raise a crop without raising a little dust. And now that a federal agency is looking to regulate that dust, they’re raising Cain.”

    The way to strangle a country’s businesses is to fetter it with endless and incomprehensible regulations, ones that only large companies with hordes of lawyers and interpreters – and lobbyists – can work around.
