And then there’s this: A man with a critically ill son gives up on healthcare.gov “after nearly three months, three failed applications, and ‘maybe 50 or 100’ calls to exchange’s hotline.”

    I wonder if he counts for three of the less than 400,000 people that the government calls enrollees. It is difficult to tell from the article whether he got as far as picking a plan, which seems to be the government’s criterion for declaring someone an enrollee.
