Republicans call memo about FISA abuses “shocking”
The release to the entire House of a memo from the House Intelligence Committee outlining surveillance abuses by the FBI under the FISA law has resulted in numerous expressions of horror and alarm from many House members after reading the memo.
“It is so alarming the American people have to see this,” Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan said.
“It’s troubling. It is shocking,” North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows said. “Part of me wishes that I didn’t read it because I don’t want to believe that those kinds of things could be happening in this country that I call home and love so much.”
Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz said he believed people could lose their jobs after the memo is released. “I believe the consequence of its release will be major changes in people currently working at the FBI and the Department of Justice,” he said, referencing DOJ officials Rod Rosenstein and Bruce Ohr. “You think about, ‘is this happening in America or is this the KGB?’ That’s how alarming it is,” Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry said.
All these comments came today, and all refer to abuses by the Department of Justice and the FBI and Obama administration of the FISA.
It is interesting that despite these howls of outrage and horror, the same article above also noted that the Senate today approved a renewal of that same FISA law, with essentially no changes.
On Thursday, the Senate voted 65-34 to reauthorize a FISA provision that allows U.S. spy agencies to conduct surveillance on foreign targets abroad for six years. The bill, which already has been passed by the House, now heads to the White House,where President Donald Trump has said he will sign it into law.
The law had already been approved by the House, which in case anyone might have forgotten, is controlled by the same Republicans screaming outrage above.
These elected officials might mouth platitudes about respecting the Constitution and freedom, but what they do is what counts, and what they do illustrates that they don’t believe a word of what they say.

Their will probably be indictments and jail time for some.
2. The Mueller / Comey instigated investigation is based on collusion and corruption in its FISA charge and is an attempt to undo a presidential election, a coup in other words. Dissolution of the Mueller investigation.
3. The Hillary Clinton email server issue. The transferring of secure and top secret government information over non secure systems in order to attempt to protect Hillary from scrutiny. Indictments.
4. The Huma Abadin / Anothony Weiner personal lap top and it containing secure and top secret information and secure pass codes. This bleeds into the Clinton Foundation and into the office of the S.O.S.. Indictments.
5. The Clinton Foundation involvement in pay to play quid pro quo in the billions between Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and the many, many corporations and foreign governments seeking access to the “next president of the United States”. Indictments
6. The “hacking” of the DNC which revealed the extreme fraud and corruption in the political race between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton within the DNC. This very damaging transfer of email information appears to have resulted in the murder of a DNC I.T. worker, Seth Rich. A possible hit by MS13(?).
7. The now infamous “Tarmac meeting” between head of the DOJ Loretta Lynch and former president Bill Clinton while Lynches office was investigating Bill Clinton’s wife Hillary Clinton related to her illegal email server and security violations. Turned the FBI investigation into a “matter” instead of an investigation. Indictments.
8. The Las Vegas shooting which is not about a “crazed” gambler shooting up innocent Americans but credibly now appears to have been an international attempted hit on a Saudi prince involved the reshaping of the power structure in the Middle East and the world.

These are just 8 issues that I can tick off the top of my head just to give a general idea to those who do not really have the time to follow all of this in its complexity and depth. This will become the biggest and deepest conspiracy and collusion and a direct attack on our Constitution and rights in our American history. And its all about to be rolled out.

THE CONSTITUTION CREATES A WAVE FORM AND BREAKS THE OVAL FORM MODEL AND THERE BY TENDS TO AVOID TOTAL DESTRUCTION. ITS NOT PERFECT BUT ITS BETTER THAN THE KNOWN HISTORICAL OUTCOME.
This 4 page FISA memo that will cause firings and possibly indictments when it is released is an example of the struggle between the forces structured within the Constitution, one’s nature is to hide information and tend to be corrupt and abuse power and the other forces over time force the releasing of that “secret” internal information. This situation is a very good example of my Oval V Wave form civilization models. And apparently there is a lot more than only 4 controversial FISA pages to be had.
At the bottom of the oval we rise and develop civilizations of varying kinds, all solving the same prime directive problem, survival and civilization. “First we eat, then civilization”. As we rise in the track of the oval we advance and become more sophisticated, at 9 o’clock humanity is doing well.
At 10 o’clock its going very well although the further we are removed from the base 6 o’clock position, where its all about clear thinking and pure survival, self interested human nature and corruption is getting its grip in the now growing bureaucracy.
At the eleven o’clock position we can do no wrong, but this corruption grows and abuse of power now is becoming a problem especially as government creates more and more “solutions” for the people. Now you have to know someone to get anything done.
At 12 o’clock we are the kings of the universe, all powerful and omnipotent. Then comes the slide down the oval and the inevitable dive into chaos, failure, corruption, gross abuse of power and then finally, like all other great civilizations into oblivion and history to be studied. “What happened to them?” They did not have the American Constitution which was intended and designed to break the cycle of certain destruction.
To not belabor my point any longer, the Constitution due to the Founders brilliance in understanding human nature and the nature of human nature as it relates to governance and power endeavored to destroy that inevitable deadly oval structure and reforms it into the continuously fluctuating wave form of hope moving into the future. And that is where our collective salvation lies, in the wave form and not the oval form. If we choose properly.
WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO WHAT MUST BE DONE AS PROVIDED BY THE FOUNDERS THEN WE MUST NOT MISS OUR MARK AT THIS PARTICULAR MOMENT IN TIME.

He does not quite dig down far enough and identify the foundation of the difference though, which of course is the Constitution and what it uniquely structures.
I do believe that laws are just tools. They can be abused by the unscupulous just like any other tool.
If only one person tried to abuse these rules and laws then it never would have or could have happened.
But over a period of time less scupulous people with their own agendas were put into important places, from judges to supervisors and on down to the common officers.
Add in any congretional oversite people and you could do anything with a law.
And you wonder why they fought so hard to win the last election.
And delayed so long in investigating suspected abuses.

Operation Mockingbird was an alleged large-scale program of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) that began in the early 1950s and attempted to manipulate news media for propaganda purposes. It funded student and cultural organizations and magazines as front organizations.
According to writer Deborah Davis, Operation Mockingbird recruited leading American journalists into a propaganda network and oversaw the operations of front groups. CIA support of front groups was exposed after a 1967 Ramparts magazine article reported that the National Student Association received funding from the CIA. In the 1970s, Congressional investigations and reports also revealed Agency connections with journalists and civic groups. None of these reports, however, mentions an Operation Mockingbird coordinating or supporting these activities.
