On the radio

This Sunday, October 11, 2020, from 6:00-8:00 pm (Eastern) I will be on the Task Force Gryphon radio show on Kgra Radio.

The broadcast will be live and they will be taking calls and chat questions. Feel free to call or text in. The conversation should be lively, as the host, who goes by the nom de plume of Commander Cobra, is knowledgeable, an aviation guy, and also a big fan of Behind the Black.

Tomorrow, September 24, 2020, at 6:00 pm (Central) I will be spending an hour on Pratt on Texas with Robert Pratt, aired on 790-AM KFYO in Lubbock, 1470-AM KYYW in Abilene, and 1290-AM KWFS in Wichita Falls. Also available here.

We will talk space a bit, but the bulk of the hour will be talking about the insane panic over the Wuhan virus, and the refusal of people to see that the epidemic is fading, and that it wasn’t the horror it has been sold has.

July 5, 2020 Zimmerman podcast on Task Force Gryphon

The podcast of my two hour appearance on Task Force Gryphon on KGRA radio two days ago on July 5th is now available for download here [mp3]

Twas another fun show. The host did a nice job of allowing me to talk at length about a number of space and science stories, with the lead being almost a half hour about what I call the Wuhan flu panic. According to him, the show’s live stream ratings put it number two at that time, ahead of Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin. Quite nice.
