Leftist groups demand industry blacklist former Trump officials

They’re coming for you next: A coalition of more than forty leftwing organizations, most with strong ties to the Democratic Party, have written a letter demanding that corporations blacklist nearly thirty former Trump officials.

A coalition of left-wing groups is targeting nearly 30 current and former Trump-administration officials with a corporate blacklist meant to prevent the officials from obtaining jobs in the private sector.

…The letter urges the CEOs to not hire or contract any of the officials and to bar them from sitting on corporate boards.

Gee, I seem to remember how the left for decades condemned the concept of a blacklist. Of course, that was when the blacklist was aimed at them. I guess blacklists for the left are perfectly all right, as long as they only act to destroy the lives of those on the right.

To be blunt, a blacklist for political reasons is always wrong. While it is perfectly legitimate for certain companies to not hire certain people because of their political beliefs, especially if those beliefs could distract from the company’s business, it is never acceptable for society to demand that no one hire them, ever, which is exactly what what these leftist organizations are doing.

This is only the beginning. The left today smells blood, and wants it from all their opponents. It will not stop until someone stops it, forcefully. The best way this could happen would be by a smashing defeat at the polls. If that fails, then there will be violence, as eventually the people the fascist left wishes to oppress will stand up and fight.

Genesis cover

On Christmas Eve 1968 three Americans became the first humans to visit another world. What they did to celebrate was unexpected and profound, and will be remembered throughout all human history. Genesis: the Story of Apollo 8, Robert Zimmerman's classic history of humanity's first journey to another world, tells that story, and it is now available as both an ebook and an audiobook, both with a foreword by Valerie Anders and a new introduction by Robert Zimmerman.

The ebook is available everywhere for $5.99 (before discount) at amazon, or direct from my ebook publisher, ebookit. If you buy it from ebookit you don't support the big tech companies and the author gets a bigger cut much sooner.

The audiobook is also available at all these vendors, and is also free with a 30-day trial membership to Audible.

"Not simply about one mission, [Genesis] is also the history of America's quest for the moon... Zimmerman has done a masterful job of tying disparate events together into a solid account of one of America's greatest human triumphs."--San Antonio Express-News

Funny how people think the left will break any number of laws, yet , they take it as a given that they would never break election laws, nor would they ever commit voter fraud. We just can’t upset the public , they are so fragile. They only thing needed to set things right is a simple vote. blah-blah-blah

    Free Speech for me,
    But not for thee.

  • Orion314: Personally, I have become very doubtful that anything will improve with the next election. I have hopes, which I express on the main page, but those hopes have been dashed too many times for me to place much trust in them.

As I note, the second option is violence. You (and others) might celebrate it. I know the horror it will bring, to both the bad and the innocent.

  • Orion314

I could be a hell of a lot more gleeful about violence if it was the bad guys that were down a QT of hemoglobin. But No, the sheeple always go first. We are at the crossroads of systemic federal govt failure, Voting wont do it , harsh language is lame. The Klintonions are hiding out, and all is well in Democratville. What tools do we plebes have to stand up for us? The USG?
We all know history well enough to know it goes down heavy.

I know violence is coming but we conservatives MUST NOT be the ones perpetrating it.
We must be the recipients, willing to die for our children and our cause. Just like Gandhi.

We were close last year. When the violent protests were going on the fascist left was actually starting to attack their own backers thinking that they were the enemy. If a good-hearted leftist tried to help a conservative or even just some random victim of the violence they got attacked by the very leftists they came to support.

The left is so frustrated about conservatives winning at almost every turn they are actually making up crimes to blame on the right.
They can not find the millions of white supremacists they think exist in America. So they make them up.
They can not find the millions of racial hate crimes they think white men are doing so they make them up.
They can not find the millions of homophobic white men attacking gays all over America so they make them up.
They can not find the mythical glass ceiling women are supposed to be running into so they make it up.

Now it has gone so far the they even think those made up crimes are real and instead of prosecuting people for them they think it ok to commit crimes against those they accused of the crimes.

They can not even recognize their own fascism, racism, sexism and bigotry.
If we fight back in any physical violent way we just prove all their made up ideas about us.

Its a very bad time for us. but the only thing that will change the future is how we act now and how we teach our future generations.

I can’t believe I’d ever admit this , but in hindsight, Sen Joe McCarthy was dead ass right. Since WWII, we have had this national insanity that we believe the bad [political] guys will “straighten up and fly right” if we just shame them enough. When i was a kid , they always said the commies are public enemy number one, and it never had anything to do with politics. The 21st century Democrats are proof positive. It’s not that the Dem/Commies have a misguided political ideology, rather, they are just plain evil. General Patton was correct , the commies are worse than the nazis. We never cleaned up the WWII mess,,,

    Orion314–
McCarthy was correct– communists and progressive-statists did infiltrate the government (primarily during the tenure of FDR,) and they never left. He just happened to be a flawed vessel from which to transmit the message.

I as a young lad , recall well the psycho brain attack the Nixonisans had when the hippies where having sex in the streets.
That was the moment the Kalifornia teachers union got there foot in the door, , and then vowed they would never again educate students on government , nor the bill of rights. The commies won, who knew?

Having failed to get the government to inflict more than token injury to any consequential Trump administration people via the Mueller investigation, the organized Left is now seeing what it can do on its own. But it’s more than that too:

    1) It’s a trial balloon to see what percentage of Corporate America can be made to jump when the Left yells, “Frog!” even though they aren’t in power except in the House.

    2) It’s a warning. “Nice little corporation you got there… be a shame if something was to happen to it.” The barely veiled threat that non-compliers will be targeted when the Left next takes power is unmistakable.

    3) It’s battlespace preparation. Softening up the beach before the next landing. The lie about Russian collusion wasn’t sufficient so the lie about “children in cages” is now fluffed up, combed out and pushed to center stage to see if that will get them the necessary traction.

    4) It’s operant conditioning – training the general American public to do as they’re told when someone from The Left gives orders. Compliance will be rewarded. Non-compliance will be punished. Resistance is futile.

    5) It’s meme-planting. “Certain bad people are undeserving of consideration and are legitimate objects of discriminatory treatment.” First, we keep them from making a living. Later we round them up and send them to the camps.

We already have a banana republic press corps and a proto-Red Guards movement on the nation’s campuses. This latest bit of arrogance is just the mask slipping a bit more from people who are convinced their time has finally come and that they will soon be able to do pretty much anything they want with no one to say them nay.

    Orion314,
You wrote: “You could not be more mistaken… ONE DROP, of conservative blood, is entirely unacceptable…

Nick Sandmann is just one example that shows us that being the victim of the attack is so much more politically effective than being the perpetrator. Leftism won the first part of that battle, but they lost it in the end, and all Sandmann and his friends had to do was behave themselves. The fascists in the situation were clear, and the victims did not allow anyone the opportunity to turn the tables for them, the victims, to be blamed as fascists, despite enormous effort to do so.

Dishonest, ball less eunuch’s driving us all down the Globalist road to Socialist utopia. These are not men, as a matter of fact it is the women in their party that are driving the Marxist agenda, and they all fear them.

How does a “man” of such character look at themselves in the mirror or face their fellow Americans of either party? They seem all to be “men” fully in contact with their emotional selves.

  • pzatchok

“No more Mister nice guy, No more Mr CLEAN clean clean clean…

With violence what do you teach those you wish to change?
Your everything they thought you were.

Gandhi and Sandman taught them they were the violent oppressors. They (Sandman and Gandhi) were the peaceful ones, were the ones with the faith, determination and patience to win.

When do you not use a gun?
To start a war. If one gun being fired “starts” a war then the war was started long before.
We are not at war yet. Not until they start killing your peaceful people. Then its war.
To intimidate people. You just end up getting in trouble and put away in jail. No chance to be a warrior for you.
