Mueller submits report, ends investigation
Special Council Robert Mueller today submitted his report to his new boss Attorney General Bill Barr at the Department of Justice, officially ending his two year long investigation that was supposedly aimed at proving collusion between Donald Trump and the Russian government in order to get him elected.
In those two years, Mueller made a few indictments, none of which had anything to do with Trump-Russian collusion. Most were process crimes, created during the investigation against individuals for either not answering questions perfectly or because Mueller went on a fishing expedition until he found something. None would have happened had this faux investigation had not been instigated.
Moreover, according to the news story at the link, Mueller is “not recommending any further indictments” with this submission.
Or to put it more bluntly, this was all a sham, aimed at deposing the legally elected president of the United States.
Meanwhile, evidence of real collusion, involving Obama and Hillary Clinton and the Russians, was ignored, and in fact the FBI took hostile actions against those involved in revealing it.

What a fantastic win. Now I’m a bit shy to say–after the fact–that this was obvious, but it was obvious. The media were full with “Russian collusion” and “now Trump is finished” every second day. It’s a big smear campaign like the other accusations and rumors that didn’t work. Does anybody even remember the “Moscow piss tapes” or any of the other fictional stuff? With what will they come up next? 2020 will be glorious.
Following the smear campaign outside the US makes visible which media belong to the old establishment, within some hours the same rumors came up in Europe’s mainstream news. The same story and wording and sometimes just translated articles from NYT or WashPost. Big network if you look up the owners and key journalists. All enemies of the(ir) people.
The ensuing investigations will I am certain establish that the Mueller Special Investigation was from its inception fraudulent, based in the “Dossier” and the illegal FISA warrants. And adding to this the fact that Mueller was chosen when Mueller plainly along with his hired guns were all conflicted.
You knew it was a sham first when Gorsuch was confirmed, and most especially when Kavanaugh was confirmed. If the Deep State had had ANY evidence that would have had a prayer of even underminging Trump in the least it would have at minimum been leaked in order to try and discredit him and nullify his Supreme Court nominations.
The court is at a tipping point and this is most likely what drives the Left so nuts, as they recognize how Trumps nominations are moving the judicial landscape in a serious shift right and they can do absolutely nothing about it. And if Trump were to ever get a chance to replace RBG, be prepared for an insurrection.
Don’t celebrate. The Left says if you think we worked over Trump these past two years, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Now the gloves come off. This is just the beginning – just wait ’til the Congressional Committees and Southern District of New York rip Trump a new a–hole by investigating all his businesses, financial transactions, contacts, etc. They are executing the plan I predicted two years ago – tie Trump up in such a legal morass, he finds it impossible to govern. Plus the Big Lie Technique has worked, doesn’t matter what the truth is, they’ve convinced over 60 percent of Americans that there was something illegal and / or immoral about his election campaign and the results.
I think the Colonel brings out an excellent point. The only way the left is going to give up the ghost of rabid left wing behavior is when they finally engage in long term soil studies. It’s so sad none of this criminal behavior by the D’s wasn’t around when it was needed . e.g. when 44 illegally trespassed for 8 yrs at 1600 pennsylvania ave. Until traitors like 44 and HRC are under indictment , this report does’t mean a damn thing. What the Democrats are failing in their desperation to recognize is that the voters in the country are watching them and they are taking notes and IMO they do not like these scorched earth type Stalinist tactics. It could be any one of them to be put under the microscope.

The investigation into Trump didn’t last two years. It lasted three years. Mueller’s SC was a continuation of the “investigation” into Trump that began early in the presidential campaign.
Nothing new was learned in the last two years that they didn’t know in the first year, when they used all the tools and spycraft available to the federal government to spy on Trump and those around him.
This shows how corrupt the SC was, because the government already knew with perfect knowledge everything the Trump campaign and the Russians did with perfect knowledge. This is especially true for all of Obama’s CIA, DNI, DOJ, and State Department coup plotters that have been all over “news” media using the credibility of their positions to claim there was Russian collusion.
That all of the most powerful people in the Obama administration not only did these acts but have continued their efforts into the current administration means that peeling the onion leads to Obama at the center.

Now the existence of that letter from Obama pre pardoning Ma Barker, which was postulated right here long, long ago would certainly be a significant indictment of both Ma Barker and her minions and Obama. These are the true usurpers of the Constitution and the rule of law.
I would not be very surprised if indeed it does exist, and theoretically we will become aware of it in the coming months, that is if Bill Barr has the stones to follow up on what must be followed up on, the two sets of law that were created specifically for Ma Barker.

What crimes was Nixon found guilty of before Ford pardoned him? None as far as I know.
The president can issue pardons for federal crimes someone is found guilty of or even accused of. I do not think there is a rule about who makes the accusation.
BTW,
A Potus pardon is only good to the last day 44 was in office. The day after that, every subsequent crime HRC and CO committed (i.e nearly every Dem in the world ) is no longer covered by executive pardon. Being the evil psychopaths we all know them to be , they just can’t help themselves. After all , you don’t get Kuru by being a good human.

The New York Daily News puts the report all the way down at the bottom of the page, a non story for them. Like it never happened.

Every story I have seen has a headline like this – “Trump not guilty of collusion, but report doesn’t clear him of obstruction”
Their ignorance and / or desire to distort shows in the following facts
1) “Collusion” is not a crime in the US. (Conspiracy is, but is very hard to prove). “Collusion” is like “Assault Weapon” – it has no legal definition
2) In order for there to be Obstruction of Justice, there has to be an attempt to thwart a criminal investigation. The FBI investigation was NOT a criminal investigation, it defined itself by going to the FISA Court as a counter-intelligence (you can say that again) one.
“FISA authorities are not criminal-law authorities. It is not just that FISA is not designed to ferret out evidence of crime; it is not permitted to be used for that purpose. FISA’s objective is the collection of foreign intelligence, the gathering of information about the actions and intentions of foreign powers that may threaten American interests.”

Mueller Comied his report to Barr.
Just Like Comey laid out every reason to indict Ma Barker and then informed all that he could find no reason / intent to do so. This is similar, instead of just stating that after an investigation by the special council 19 lawyers, 40 FBI agents, 2800 subpoena’s, 500 search warrants, 230 communication orders, 500 witnesses, information from 13 country’s and $30 million dollars Trump has been cleared of “Collusion” and “Obstruction”, he leaves the democrats a string to follow.
A string that leads nowhere, but there it is.
Trump now must direct Mr. Barr, and I suspect that this is already underway, to investigate the FISA warrants and the fraudulent nature that they were based in.

You might think that they are coming back together for the sake of their son, which I could understand to some degree.
