Pushback: Blacklisted doctors join lawsuit against Biden administration COVID censorship

Bring a gun to a knife fight: Three well-known research doctors have now added their names to a lawsuit filed by two states that accuses the Biden administration of coordinating with major social media companies like Google and Twitter to censor all posts critical of administration COVID policies.
Drs. Jayanta (Jay) Bhattacharya, Martin Kulldorff and Aaron Kheriaty joined the lawsuit filed by the states of Missouri and Louisiana, alleging that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) worked with Big Tech companies to censor Americans discussing the pandemic. The doctors alleged they were censored on social media platforms for expressing views in opposition to the positions of the federal government, their representation, the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), said in a Tuesday press release.
Kheriaty was blackballed by his hospital and banned from seeing patients back in October ’21 because after looking the data he had decided to recommend his patients not get the jab.
Kulldorff, one of the world’s foremost experts on vaccines, was blacklisted from Twitter, Linkedin and the CDC in August ’21, also because he challenged the government mandates that required people to get the COVID shots.
Kulldorff and Bhattacharya were co-authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, which condemned the lockdowns and mandates and instead called for a more traditional focused policy for dealing with the Wuhan flu:
The most compassionate approach that balances the risks and benefits of reaching herd immunity, is to allow those who are at minimal risk of death to live their lives normally to build up immunity to the virus through natural infection, while better protecting those who are at highest risk.
All three doctors have been critical of the government’s panicked reaction to COVID, from the beginning, based on their well-qualified knowledge of such respiratory diseases and the past policies that had worked. Faced with that criticism, the Biden administration and the CDC worked with the big social media companies to get them to censor and blacklist these individuals, as well as anyone associated with them. According to the lawsuit:
Recently unearthed government records show that health officials at the CDC coordinated with Big Tech companies, including Google, Facebook and Twitter, to advise them on what kind of content to flag as misinformation on their sites. Those platforms either removed, suppressed or added warning labels to thousands of pieces of content that contradicted CDC guidance throughout the pandemic, a study found.
Legally, the situation is complicated. The government is forbidden from censoring, but private companies are supposedly free to do what they want. Google, Twitter, Facebook, and all the big tech media companies however have special tax benefits based on the premise that they are not editors picking and choosing content but utilities that allow all content. If it is proved in court they played favorites in league with the government (as the evidence now suggests), this lawsuit will have legs.
The big takeaway from this story however remains the courageous willingness of these three doctors to stand for what they saw as the truth, regardless of the consequences. They did not bow in fear, but fought back. And they have now consistently been proven correct, time after time after time. The lockdowns didn’t work, masks were useless, and the jab is ineffective and appears to cause serious medical problems, including heart failure and death.
When faced with choosing the truth versus political peer pressure, the right answer is always to go with the truth. To do otherwise is to fail ethically, scientifically, and personally.

What gives me pause is all the doctors who didn’t get blacklisted, because they went along and didn’t voice their concerns. I am in no position to say who is right and wrong, but I heard of many doctors who were, and came to differing conclusions than they were ordered to come to!
I think there are more shoes to drop here!
Doctors generally have few science qualifications so it;’s wrong to take the opinions of rogues too seriously.

If this is true, it explains why doctors have been silent concerning covid-19. I’m trying to be optimistic.
I was one of the lucky physicians. When I went to my hospital department chief back in February 2020 with printed copies of over 20 peer reviewed and published medical studies proving that mask wearing not only didn’t stop the spread of respiratory viruses but trended towards actually being harmful, she refused to accept them with the words, “Don’t bother giving them to me. I’m not going to read them. The decision has already been made.” I was called xenophobic/racist for using the correct term “Wuhan Coronavirus” in departmental meetings. When I was called into the department chief’s office and “asked” to stop using the term, I asked why the use of standard naming nomenclature, such as Spanish Flu, German Measles, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Lyme Disease, Ebola Virus, Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever, Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome, etc, were not considered xenophobic nor racist, but Wuhan Coronavirus was? I was informed not to use the term again because the department chief was “tired of listening to complaints about your racist comments from the rest of the department.”
When I started speaking out against the experimental genetically modified mRNA shots mischaracterized as ‘vaccines’ being forced onto those who did not want them, the hospital system didn’t fire me outright, but insisted that I submit my 90 day notice of resignation. Thankfully, I had already started looking for a different job because I could see the writing on the wall long before the hospital system issued their ultimatum.
There are more physicians out there than you know who have tried to resist the insanity being pushed by the government. We are threatened with loss of job, loss of state medical licensure, and loss of medical board certification if we criticize the PC narrative on the Wuhan Flu and the experimental mRNA gene therapy shots. We have had pharmacy tech call us and refuse to fill prescriptions for ivermectin because of a political position taken by government, something which has never happened before when writing a prescription for “off label” use. Most of us do not have the resources available that the Great Barrington Declaration had, even as we signed the document. We have had to go “underground” to survive, doing what we can to educate those who wish to be educated.
Fauci is a war criminal, as are the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna. Due to the fact that too many people resisted taking the poison, now the push is for combined mRNA shots allegedly to cover COVID and the annual flu shot. Experimental mRNA shots are NOT vaccines in the traditional sense, and no one should be forced to accept a medical intervention against their will, especially not one that is experimental. Would you keep taking annual measles shots that had the same poor efficacy and concerning side effects as these Wuhan Flu shots?
If the COVID shots are so safe, why is data piling up showing a massive increase in all cause deaths in those countries that mandated the shots? Why are the shots STILL only authorized under the EUA which provides complete legal immunity for Big Pharma against lawsuits?
If the COVID shots are so efficacious against the Wuhan Coronavirus, then why are the “double vaxxed/double boosted” like Biden and Fauci getting infected with the virus, even multiple times? Why are the majority of hospitalizations and deaths attributed to this virus in the population of victims who accepted the experimental shots instead of those who refused them?
How about all the medical professionals who nod along with or stay silent about the woke’s multiple gender nonsense?
Cowards who go along to get along, want that federal grant money, and to keep getting invited to all those cocktail parties.

Doctors may not be scientists, but they are the ones on the front lines, in the trenches. Since a lot of them in many different locations are telling us that the conditions on the front lines are not what our “generals” are telling us, then we should seriously consider that the generals are wrong about the conditions at the front. After all, our generals hang out elsewhere, not on the front lines.
It is clear that the generals are fighting ineffectively, violating everything learned over the centuries about fighting disease, and they are greatly harming those of us that count on them for our protection.
“First do no harm” was abandoned early in this fight. We knew this when some of the generals (especially in New York and San Francisco) directed us to go to the crowded 2020 Chinese New Year celebrations or else be labeled “racist.” One incubation period later, the panic began when we were then directed to social distance ourselves (crowds suddenly were bad), and the panic was exasperated another incubation period later when we were directed in San Francisco and the next day in New York to shelter in place in order to prevent a sudden surge in hospitalizations. Directing us to go to crowded celebrations turned out to be the first in a long line of disastrous edicts.
Almost every command that came from the generals has resulted in disaster (at first they demanded we not wear masks, one of the few rational and informed edicts — then they demanded that we wear masks just to signal our virtue, then they claimed the masks did some good which they did not do). Our doctors and nurses exposed the disasters occurring in the front line trenches. Others exposed the disasters on the Homefront. Government and social media tried to squelch those exposures, even to the point of Fauci declaring himself to be science itself. To question him was to question science. Replacing science and the scientific method was “The Science,” meaning government-approved “truth.” All other reports were declared misinformation or disinformation. Do not confuse “The Science” with real science.
Mandating vaxxinations, due to “The Science,” resulted in shortages of workers (many who complied became too ill to work, many who did not were fired) which resulted in disastrous shortages of many necessities of modern life. The government’s reaction to this disease started as a cluster bleep and continues to be a cluster bleep, with no end in sight.
So, who should we take seriously? The ones perpetrating this cluster bleep on us, or those who were right when they warned that government’s edicts would result in — or were resulting in — this cluster bleep?
These brave doctors and the FBI agents fired by the current bunch? Now we know who to put into positions of authority after Biden.

Just last night, I was relating a story to a friend who is a liberal, is a degreed tenured university professor, is a great person and I like her very much.
The story? I was telling her that just 10 minutes before she arrived, I had stopped out a young man from attempting to pass a fake $100 dollar bill on me. Her spontaneous reaction and comment?
Her: “You know things are much more dangerous for you and your business now in NYC, a bunch of young men could come in and beat you up being behind your counter. You have to be very careful”. (Hmmm.)
Me: I asked her: “Do you know where that new danger for me, you and everyone else comes from?”
Her: “No, where?” (Totally unconscious, she has no idea where this is about to go, but she is aware that NYC is much more dangerous now. Totally disconnected and in turn delusional.)
Me: “The Liberal “Progressive” (D) no bail no jail laws that the politicians in NYS and NYC have passed in their attempt to “Fundamentally change America”.
(Keeping in mind I have no problem with rationally adjusting how the legal system deals with crime, but not violent crime or habitual crime as a way of life. Habitual criminals need to interact with a rational and clear-cut criminal justice system until they are reformed or are too old to do harm to others. Be they black, be they white or be they polka dotted)
Her: “Oh, noooo, no, no, that is not true!” (And we were off to the races. I eventually told her to just go home and think about her contradictions in logic and our interaction. She was dumbfounded.)
As I mentioned she is a degreed, tenured university professor who has several times over the years complained to me regarding how stupid, self-indulgent and intolerable her students were, she cannot stand most of them. But one more result of the “Progressive” Liberal, Leftist “Progressive” agenda IMO. But she sees none of it. Low standards is no standards.
This is but a glimpse into the mind of one representative member of the American Liberal tribe. Totally blind and ignorant of cause and effect. Life is more dangerous if violent criminals and mentally ill violent criminals understand that there will be little to no consequences for their violent actions, and they can do as they please. Regardless of their skin color. But she and they are unable to see or detect that. Duh.

100% True, you could have knocked me over with a feather. She sees what is going on in NYC, hard not to. But then there is my tenured professor friend to deflate that optimism.
Will she turn her political ship in a more reasonable and Constitutional supporting direction?

This morning while driving I listened to Democracy Now on the radio, which I do often. I find it very interesting and informative.
Listening to their guests and the subjects that they concentrate on they always come to the one same conclusion:
If the Republican party were able to, they would just devolve into a Fascist government / state power.
My observation: Any political party given their free reign would devolve into a fascist government / state power, no?
And they NEVER say what the Democrat party would devolve into. They are so high and sophisticated in their analysis of the Conservative politics and think tanks, and I do not know that I disagree with them. But they NEVER say what the Democrat party is and what it would do given their free reign, which is exactly what they desire.
And we can clearly see what they would devolve into, its right in front of everyone’s eyeballs.
And that is why there must be the political warfare that the Constitution structures. That struggle and that struggle alone between the two corrupt and perverted political parties is what ensures any modicum or degree of hope for the future in America.
