Half of Capitol Controlled by Protesters, “No One Is Safe.”
The new civility in Wisconsin: “No one is safe.” In fact, better to read the rest of the quote:
No one is safe. Protesters have broken down doors, broken windows, Democrats are helping them into the building and they’re building momentum. They’re robo-calling like crazy, trying to pack as many people into the capitol so the Assembly can’t vote today. Right now there’s no way the Assembly can vote…we can’t secure the Assembly and we can’t protect our legislators. [emphasis mine]
I don’t seem to remember the tea party protesters doing this kind of stuff when Obamacare was being voted on.
The support of my readers through the years has given me the freedom and ability to analyze objectively the ongoing renaissance in space, as well as the cultural changes -- for good or ill -- that are happening across America. Four years ago, just before the 2020 election I wrote that Joe Biden's mental health was suspect. Only in this year has the propaganda mainstream media decided to recognize that basic fact.
Fourteen years ago I wrote that SLS and Orion were a bad ideas, a waste of money, would be years behind schedule, and better replaced by commercial private enterprise. Even today NASA and Congress refuse to recognize this reality.
In 2020 when the world panicked over COVID I wrote that the panic was unnecessary, that the virus was apparently simply a variation of the flu, that masks were not simply pointless but if worn incorrectly were a health threat, that the lockdowns were a disaster and did nothing to stop the spread of COVID. Only in the past year have some of our so-called experts in the health field have begun to recognize these facts.
Your help allows me to do this kind of intelligent analysis. I take no advertising or sponsors, so my reporting isn't influenced by donations by established space or drug companies. Instead, I rely entirely on donations and subscriptions from my readers, which gives me the freedom to write what I think, unencumbered by outside influences.

I agree with you. If the left doesn’t like what they allowed to be put in power, let them try to influence the next election.
I suspect that they will.
I suppose this kind of violence is to be expected when there are major tidal shifts in cultures.
For a couple generations Democrats voted in laws protecting unions from any pressure from workers (even their members) or the market, and the unions paid handsomely for the services. Now democrats are in real trouble for ignoring public demands, especially related to the economy, jobs, and gov. debts. Unions are pretty much being dumped by workers in all industries where workers are legally allowed to dump them. So with both traditional liberal democrats, and old style fat cat union bosses, seeing an end to their power and privilege – possibly even their existence as groups – as they are abandoned by average folks who have had enough…. Well, they are not going to lay down and die quietly.
