Justice Dept inspector general to review FISA abuses
Progress? Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz announced today that he has initiated a full review of the suspected FISA abuses that took place at both the FBI and the Justice Department that allowed the Obama administration to spy on the Trump campaign during the election, and were subsequently used to initiate the Mueller special counsel investigation.
The Office of the Inspector General released a statement Wednesday outlining the start of the review. “The OIG will initiate a review that will examine the Justice Department’s and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s compliance with legal requirements, and with applicable DOJ and FBI policies and procedures, in applications filed with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) relating to a certain U.S. person,” the statement obtained by Fox News read. “As part of this examination, the OIG also will review information that was known to the DOJ and the FBI at the time the applications were filed from or about an alleged FBI confidential source.”
The OIG statement added that Horowitz also would “review the DOJ’s and FBI’s relationship and communications with the alleged source as they relate to the FISC applications.” The statement continued, “If circumstances warrant, the OIG will consider including other issues that may arise during the course of the review.”
It must be noted that Horowitz was appointed by Obama. It must also be noted that this review leaves many of the highest officials of both the FBI and Justice very exposed, considered what we know now about how they misused the FISA courts.
The bottom line remains: until someone from the Democratic Party, the Obama administration, or their allies in the administrative state actually get charged with a crime, they will be getting off scot-free, and will continue to pose a threat to the American democratic process and future elections.
One positive sign today: Justice Dept. charges Minnesota FBI agent for leaking secret document to news outlet This story suggests that Sessions might be serious about tracking down those in his department that are leaking classified information to the press.

Only now does it appear that Washington might finally recognize this reality.
In 2020 when the world panicked over COVID I wrote that the panic was unnecessary, that the virus was apparently simply a variation of the flu, that masks were not simply pointless but if worn incorrectly were a health threat, that the lockdowns were a disaster and did nothing to stop the spread of COVID. Only in the past year have some of our so-called experts in the health field have begun to recognize these facts.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz formerly announces his beginning an investigation into the Carter Paige FISA warrant.
The inquiry comes “in response to requests from the attorney general and members of Congress,” according to the statement from Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
This will IMO reveal where the real collusion and corruption is, and its not in the Trump campaign, its in the Obama DOJ and the Obama FBI. Comey, Rosenstein along with Stzock and Page, and Bruce Ohr and many others will be revealed as dirty players operating as a quasi government un to themselves with no governmental oversight or accountability, essentially a rouge operation and a threat to our Constitution and the rule of law.
And ultimately Horowitz’s investigation will reveal that Rosensteins choosing of Mueller as special prosecutor was inappropriate and self serving and Muellers investigation in the Uranium One / Hillary / Russian $145 million dollar facilitation tip that her and her husband received into their foundation was mishandled for political purposes and to shield their own misdeeds. These soon to be revealed facts establishes that Mueller has no business investigating anything related to anything related to the Russians.
And its not so much what Horowitz will reveal, but what Jeff sessions or the Attorney General, whom ever that may be, will do with it. These wheels grind slowly but we seem to be getting down to business.
ITS COMING.
Is it just me or is this St. Comey and his book a very bad idea?
http://thehill.com/homenews/media/380628-cnn-to-host-town-hall-with-comey-next-month
This can only end badly for him, unless he has sooo much intel (Read: Dirt) on others both in the FBI and the DOJ and the government that he is willing to leverage it against him being charged?
That is the only explanation to justify Comey’s actions.
applications filed with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) relating to a certain U.S. person
This seems rather narrow in scope. More than one person was spied on in the Trump campaign and if you look at Obama’s entire term, there are other examples of spying on congresspeople and Jewish activist groups.
Its the St. Comey show! $850.00 per ticket.

If St. Comey, who is not a voted for / empowered politician is not at some point indicted for the actions he has taken as the head of the FBI that we all know about, like purposefully leaking confidential presidential communications, forget about what we do not know about.
St. Comey occupies that highest level of abuse of power and corruption positions right along with Hillary.
The difference is that Hillary is still considered to occupy a position in the political realm and will be judged first politically, and St. Comey was still just a hired employee and occupies the Pedestrian realm that is judge based for the most part in law.
These indictments must happen for all our benefit, these people flaunting their possession of confidential information and political connections must be rectified or we are all doomed.
Cotour, it’s coming;
“It” looks different, from a point of view of every different nation. For example;
Australian Government sneaks through APRA ‘bail-in’ law, but fuels anti-bank.
With a crisis looming in the Australian property bubble that will bankrupt the banks, and more crises in the “”international financial system””, these policies are urgent

The whole world now knows our political system is corrupt, the investigations are a delaying tactic against action.
Soon, there will be other headlines that will dwarf the on going political battles. Whether it’s a world financial collapse, or it’s a scale up of the war in Syria triggered from US missile strikes on Russian bases, or children killing each other for trash in Venezuela, there is always been something new to capture the headlines to save the progressives from embarrassment.
I know, I’m being pessimistic.
