There has also been a shake-up in management. It appears the founders are pushing out the outside investors and their managers.

Designed to reduce signal interference in orbit, some companies want the restrictions eased, others want them tightened, and still others like the status quo. Amazon is leading the group wanted a review of the rules.

For me, this study defines the uncertainty of science. The data is not rich enough to come to any conclusion at all, though the computer modeling suggests one.

In 2022 SpaceX had regulatory problems in India that forced it to exit the market. This new development indicates those problems have been overcome.
