    Would take to much fuel to change orbits and speeds to reach anything more than two satellites in a mission.

    Let alone take each one back to some depot for recycling into a new system.

    No this sounds like some flimsy excuse to make a ship capable of capturing an enemies satellite and attaching something of ours to it to monitor it.

    Will only work until our enemies put anti-tampering explosives on their own satellites. They might lose their sat but we would also lose our ship in the explosion also.
