An evening pause: The music is by Two Steps from Hell and is called “Victory.”

If you ever wondered why pilots fall in love with flying, this video might give you a hint as to why.

    Robert,

The music is “Victory” by “Two Steps From Hell” not the other way around. There music goes so well with this kind of video. I’ve heard it used a lot in all sorts of things. TV adverts, trailers etc

One of my favourites is : Two Steps From Hell – Heart of Courage (Invincible) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NGtL3HUPUo

Been there, done that, got the T shirt !

26 years as a Delta pilot, 22 years (concurrent) in both the Navy (A-7) and the Air National Guard (F-16).

What a fantastic ride that career was !!

    Great video ! Very authentic.

  • Simon Mytton: Thank you for the correction. The post is fixed.

  • It’s been a long time since I’ve ‘been behind the wheel’ so to speak, and I’ve driven a car faster than I’ve flown an airplane, but I used to tell people flying was the most fun you could have with your clothes on.
