Readers!

The time has come for my annual short Thanksgiving/Christmas fund drive for Behind The Black. I must do this every year in order to make sure I have earned enough money to pay my bills.

For this two-week campaign, I am offering a special deal to encourage donations. Donations of $200 will get a free autographed copy of the new paperback edition of Genesis: The Story of Apollo 8, while donations of $250 will get a free autographed copy of the new hardback edition. If you desire a copy, make sure you provide me your address with your donation.

As I noted in July, the support of my readers through the years has given me the freedom and ability to analyze objectively the ongoing renaissance in space, as well as the cultural changes -- for good or ill -- that are happening across America. Fourteen years ago I wrote that SLS and Orion were a bad ideas, a waste of money, would be years behind schedule, and better replaced by commercial private enterprise. Only now does it appear that Washington might finally recognize this reality.

In 2020 when the world panicked over COVID I wrote that the panic was unnecessary, that the virus was apparently simply a variation of the flu, that masks were not simply pointless but if worn incorrectly were a health threat, that the lockdowns were a disaster and did nothing to stop the spread of COVID. Only in the past year have some of our so-called experts in the health field have begun to recognize these facts.

Your help allows me to do this kind of intelligent analysis. I take no advertising or sponsors, so my reporting isn't influenced by donations by established space or drug companies. Instead, I rely entirely on donations and subscriptions from my readers, which gives me the freedom to write what I think, unencumbered by outside influences.

Please consider supporting my work here at Behind the Black. You can support me either by giving a one-time contribution or a regular subscription. There are four ways of doing so:

1. Zelle: This is the only internet method that charges no fees. All you have to do is use the Zelle link at your internet bank and give my name and email address (zimmerman at nasw dot org). What you donate is what I get.

2. Patreon: Go to my website there and pick one of five monthly subscription amounts, or by making a one-time donation.

3. A Paypal Donation or subscription:

4. Donate by check, payable to Robert Zimmerman and mailed to

Today’s blacklisted American was fired for refusing to participate in company’s programs that purposely excluded whites

Cancelled at Compass Group
Cancelled unilatiterally by Compass’ management

They’re coming for you next: Courtney Rogers, who was fired as a human resources employee from the large food services company Compass Group because she refused to participate in any way with its “whites-need-not-apply” training and mentoring programs, has now filed suit against the company.

You can read her complaint here [pdf], filed by her attorneys working with the non-profit legal firm, the Thomas More Society. The introduction of that complaint outlines clearly the bigotry of Compass’s management and the policies it wished to install, as well as Rogers sincere and futile effort to not participate in this segregation and discrimination:

In early 2022, COMPASS—one of the largest companies in the world—devised a “diversity” program that it misnamed “Operation Equity.” The program offered only women and persons of color the opportunity to participate in training and receive mentorship, with a promise of guaranteed promotion.

The program’s accurate name would have been “White-Men-Need-Not-Apply.” The program was motivated by racial animus against white men held by certain members of COMPASS’s senior management. COMPASS executives like JOANN CANADAY, Vice President of Human Resources Operations (Canteen), and RALENA ROWE, Vice President of Talent Acquisition, stated that the program was intended to “right the wrongs of the last hundred years.” And they threatened would-be opponents of their program: “This is the direction the world is going, jump on the train or get run over.” And they proclaimed: “We are not here to appease the old white man.” Of course, RALENA ROWE and JOANN CANADY anticipated that “There would be a homogenous group of people against this program,” and they planned to draft a response to objections made by people in that “homogenous” group.

As a human resource employee at COMPASS in 2022, Plaintiff COURTNEY ROGERS could not “jump on that train.” ROGERS was contacted by MICHAEL GRUBER, Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, who made false and deceptive promises to ROGERS, and guaranteed ROGERS that there would be no retaliation against her for expressing her concerns. GRUBER also falsely assured ROGERS that she could be assigned to different duties as an accommodation. ROGERS trusted GRUBER with her concerns and told GRUBER that a White-Man-Need-Not-Apply program violated EEOC guidelines, COMPASS’s anti- discrimination policies, and ROGERS’s core values and beliefs. She asked for an accommodation so that she would not have to work on the program. And GRUBER purported to agree.

But GRUBER was not a man of his word: Within about two weeks, GRUBER himself terminated ROGERS saying that COMPASS’s and ROGERS’s values were not reconcilable. Further, on behalf of COMPASS, GRUBER and others on senior management tried to cover up what they were doing. While GRUBER had previously praised ROGERS for her good work, the termination letter COMPASS sent to ROGERS said that she had been terminated for “unsatisfactory performance.” Finally, before filing this action, and pursuant to a statutory request by ROGERS, COMPASS produced ROGERS’s personnel records—Those documents contained no negative performance reviews.

This story of course has become par for the course. Numerous big corporations have signed on to these bigoted and discriminatory “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive” programs in the past three years, claiming falsely that they are intended to correct past injustice. Instead, what these programs really do is favor some people solely because of their race or sex. In this case Compass limited its program to “women and people of color,” and designed it to guarantee those participants promotion upon completion. Since white and Asian men were excluded, they were by the company’s racist policy placed at the back of the bus, denied any future promotion with the company.

All of these fake racist programs violate numerous civil rights laws. For example, Rogers states Compass’s actions violated the Civil Rights Act of 1964, California’s Government Code, and its Fair Employment and Housing Act. She is not only asking for back and future pay (should she not be rehired as demanded) but punitive damages of at least one million dollars, a final amount to be determined during a jury trial. In addition, should she win her lawsuit it will require…

…senior management in Human Resources of Compass, including MICHAEL GRUBER, RALENA ROWE, JOANN CANADAY, JENNIFER HAYES, and KRISTY VETTER, to participate in EEOC and Fair Treatment training, classes, oversight, to ensure that COMPASS does not discriminate and retaliate against other employees in the manner it did with ROGERS.

For clarity, Compass is an umbrella company that provides food service to numerous of other venues nationwide, including Dodger Stadium, San Francisco International Airport, Chevron Headquarters, Rose Bowl Stadium, Uber, Snapchat, Pepperdine University, Netflix, Disney Studios, and NBC Universal.

The obviousness of its discriminatory policies that violated Rogers’ rights is beyond questioning. Whether she will win or not depends on whether a modern jury will be willing to see these plain facts, or whether they will be like most of today’s Democrats, who are quite willing to deny obvious facts for partisan reasons. This Babylon Bee satire piece today says it all: “Democrats Say It’ll Take A Lot More Than Eyewitness Testimony, Bank Records, Audio, Video, Complete Confessions For Them To Believe Biden Did Anything Wrong.”

Any Democrats on a jury might — like Compass’ management — be very willing to ignore the plain language of the law and the facts to rule against Rogers. Increasingly it appears that to them ideology, partisanship, and fake “diversity, equity, and inclusion” that promotes racial segregation must come first!

ideology, partisanship, and fake “diversity, equity, and inclusion” that promotes racial segregation must come first
It’s a religion. Of course fealty to its doctrines comes first. (She needs to add to her suit that it’s also religious discrimination.) If you don’t shift your view to see that, you can’t ever win against it, except small inconsequential battles.

Why punitive damages of only $1 million? That’s a pittance to these people. Sue for, say, 5% of earnings (not profit). Donate it all to some anti-hunger program or something. But you need to hit the company in a way it actually feels it.

Also, can you sue to have those people removed from their positions, instead of “re-training” them? You know they’re not going to learn (any more than I learn that “love is love” from “diversity” training indoctrination) and they have no real personal punishment happening so they’ll just do it again. Teach everyone at the company that if you do this you will be gone and people might stop doing it. Is there a legal rule/law that prevents that?

Women executives appear to be among the fiercest and most unscrupulous of these racist zealots.

The punishments Ms. Rogers is asking for are far too lenient IMHO. Senior management needs to be fired, otherwise, they are a tumor that will become malignant down the road when they work to circumvent a negative court decision. And they will. The entire DEI movement is a cult, and cult members are loathe to surrender.

Sending these cretins to “training” is worthless. Any oversight is bound to become corrupted. They need to go.

  • Jonathan Silber: And yet, it is a woman in human resources who is fighting these racist zealots.

The last paragraph of this post expresses what I’ve said for years now:

Democrats are Democrats first and anything else second. Party loyalty comes before being a professional, public servant, juror, journalist, and yes, even an American.

Prussia in the 18th century was waggishly referred to as “An army that had a state.” We are in a period right now where the Democrats’ vision for America is “A party that had a country.” They are getting less and less cautious about letting that goal become apparent, probably because they think they’re so close now that nothing can stop them.

When you look at their behaviors at all levels, this explanation makes a lot of things make hideous sense. And it bodes ill for the future.

I thought COMPASS was a trucking company.
Then too…the idea of a Gerber knife being a real thing causes me great amusement. I can just see toddlers with K-Bars looking like Chucky.

AND IT BEGINS: COVID / “TRUTH” / ALL PREPLANNED?

Senator Ron Johnson: Gateway Pundit / X: “This is all pre planned by an elite group of people,” said Johnson. “That’s what I’m talking about. Event 201 that occurred in late 2019, prior to the rest of us knowing about this pandemic. Again, this is very concerning in terms of what has happened, what is happening, what continues to be planned for our loss of freedom.” And you have to think that for a U.S. Senator to come to this conclusion and share it in and with the public that there has to be some substantial basis for him doing so.

I have no problem believing what many in America would think outrageous regarding things like the Covid event. Why is that? Because I wrote something called Strategy Over Morality: STRATEGY OVER MORALITY (sigma3ioc.com) I understand how big things, “existential” things in the world can become planned and justified. Read it, understand it, even though it may well exist outside of your reality and ability to believe that human beings are able to operate at this level. See: Adolph Hitler, Mao, Stalin etc.

They are and at this level of power and manipulation they do operate in this manner, trust me. As a low-level example of S.O.M., I direct you to objectively see what is ongoing within our own governments law and justice system today regarding politics. Are you able to be objective? What do you see?

“They” are getting a bit too overconfident? Coincidence? Happy strategic “accident”? Pandemic simulation exercise spotlights massive preparedness gap | Hub (jhu.edu)

Keeping in mind that we all are hampered by our limited scope / slice of reality within which we exist as individuals. There are people and organizations both private and governmental who exist who are able to and who are trained to think in a more strategic and grander manner than you. And that is necessary, but things like that can get over ambitious if given the necessary motivation either military or civil and can become perverted and corrupted. It is the nature of man.

Senator Ron Johnson: “It needs to be exposed. But unfortunately, there are very few people, even in Congress that are willing to take a look at this. They all push the vaccine. They don’t want to be made aware of the fact that the vaccines might have caused injuries, might have caused death. So many people just simply don’t want to admit they were wrong, and they’re going to do everything they can to make sure that they’re not proven wrong,” Johnson added.

And so, identify and reveal the elite group and shouldn’t they all be arrested and dealt with? What would you do under such circumstances? S.O.M. provides the justification and the ethical / moral pass needed to think and act in such a manner.

You are a Democrat? You are a Republican? Or are you an American?

The time, your time has arrived. There is treachery and corruption all around you and it is time that you recognize it for what it is. Then what? Keep reading SIGMA3iOC.com.

… and RALENA ROWE, Vice President of Talent Acquisition, stated that the program was intended to ‘right the wrongs of the last hundred years.’

They had to go back 100 years to find wrongs that needed to be righted? They couldn’t find any in the past 60 years, since the Civil Rights Act?

We already know that there were wrongs before the Civil Rights Act. That is why it was created.

Until a quarter millennium ago, slavery was accepted by humanity throughout the world. It wasn’t until 1777 that the first place on Earth in all of human history actively outlawed slavery entirely: Vermont, North America.

In fact, the Democratic Party was formed explicitly to defend the besieged institution of slavery. That is why the Democrats fought it so hard, until President Johnson figured out a way to make it work in The Party’s favor and watering down some of the progress that the Act produced.*

But now, it seems, the Civil Rights Act must be violated in order to right the wrongs of a century ago, before any of us was born. We must suffer for the wrongs of others, specifically Democrats, which is what social justice is all about. If it were real justice, then it would be the fathers who suffer for their sins, not the children suffering for the sins of their fathers.

It seems that no matter how well we cure the disease, vengeance must be had for its past existence, an existence that no amount of righting can change. Taking revenge on the torturer’s children for the suffering does not negate that suffering, and it does not make the deceased ancestral victims any happier. We have been righting those wrongs for many decades, doing as much as we can against Democrat opposition.

Two wrongs suddenly makes a right?

What kind of wacky Democrat thinking is that?

Welcome to Obama’s fundamentally transformed America, land of the perpetual victim and his constant need for vengeance — no matter how many generations ago the crime, no matter how innocent the descendant.
