In what could be a major move towards election reform, the electronic voting system company Dominion — that many have suspected or have accused of either doing a bad job tabulating computer ballots or purposely manipulating them — has now been purchased by an American company dubbed Liberty Vote that is owned by Republican election reform activist Scott Leiendecker.
Leiendecker, former GOP election reform advocate, has officially become the sole owner of Dominion after making the deal contingent on dropping several remaining lawsuits against prominent conservatives and One America News Network (OANN).
Leiendecker further disclosed to the Caller that remaining litigation with MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell will be dropped by Dominion Voting Systems as part of the acquisition agreement. Dominion also filed a lawsuit against Herring Networks, which owns OANN, in August 2021. The lawsuit remained unresolved, though Leinendecker further confirmed that future litigation will be discontinued following the acquisition.
None of the charges against Dominion have ever been proven, and many have become impossible to investigate because the company’s very successful lawfare campaign, suing anyone who said anything against it, including news organizations such as Fox and Newsmax, both of which settled with Dominion, paying it $787 million and $67 million respectively. Nonetheless, the allegations have been numerous, substantial, and alarming (see also here, here, here, and here). Audits found errors, fraud, and the ability for outsiders to hack Dominion’s machines.
Leiendecker, in announcing the purchase, said that the new company will move all operations to the U.S. and will make third-party audits standard. It will also make paper ballots a fundamental component of its electronic tabulating system, something that Dominion did poorly or not at all.
Even if Dominion had been completely honest in its work, its resistance to investigation or even any criticism helped fuel the growing belief that the 2020 election of Biden was tampered with and might even have been fraudulent. That much of the company’s operations were foreign-based further fueled those suspicions. This purchase should help ease those concerns, though the proof will be in the pudding.
On Christmas Eve 1968 three Americans became the first humans to visit another world. What they did to celebrate was unexpected and profound, and will be remembered throughout all human history. Genesis: the Story of Apollo 8, Robert Zimmerman's classic history of humanity's first journey to another world, tells that story, and it is now available as both an ebook and an audiobook, both with a foreword by Valerie Anders and a new introduction by Robert Zimmerman.
The print edition can be purchased at Amazon or from any other book seller. If you want an autographed copy the price is $60 for the hardback and $45 for the paperback, plus $8 shipping for each. Go here for purchasing details. The ebook is available everywhere for $5.99 (before discount) at amazon, or direct from my ebook publisher, ebookit. If you buy it from ebookit you don't support the big tech companies and the author gets a bigger cut much sooner.
The audiobook is also available at all these vendors, and is also free with a 30-day trial membership to Audible.

“”It will also make paper ballots a fundamental component of its electronic tabulating system, something that Dominion did poorly or not at all.””
I will never forget that 2020 election video of the large containers of ballots under the tables. The election officials kicked everyone out, but did not know there was a camera recording their shenanigans. After they kicked most everyone out, they retrieved the containers from under the tables, and began stuffing the ballots into the machines.
Whenever I have pointed this out to doubters, they either babble incoherently, or just walk away.
Excellent news. But, as Ronaldus reminds us, honest vote tabulating machines are still just electronic ballot boxes – they can still be stuffed with fake ballots in crooked jurisdictions unless additional precautions are taken. But every step toward insuring vote integrity is a good one.
Purchased by a Republican activist…
Who’s former ownership was related to *Tag Romney‘s investment company, a different Republican activist. (Mitt Romney‘s son, allowed elections to be purchased by the highest bidders)
Old article from the memory hole, in 2012.

The trust claim then;
“the threat of a deliberate, politically motivated effort to corrupt the system’s results is very low. “Because we did the study, we were able to put into place a very comprehensive set of procedures to ensure that everything works as it should,” she said, adding that the software is now kept in a “secure location without any kind of random access.””
What a joke statement, pure PR. It should be placed in history along side; “If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor” “Iraq is building a nuclear bomb with yellow cake” “Afghanistan caused 9/11” “The shots are safe and effective” “wipe them? With a cloth?” “Depends on the definition of “is” is”…
I could probably do this all night.
If memory serves me correctly, a voting system (Smartmatic) created by Venezuela credited for keeping Hugo Chavez in power. (That lead to the collapse of the wealthiest nation in South America into the socialist paradise it is today…) They thought it would work here and it almost did.
Diebold, Who runs banking computers, begin making election computers. Smartmatic (Venezuela) owned one election company in the US, Sequoia Voting Systems (used by the “big blue states” with the track record a proven voting fraud) then sold to Dominion. Now purchased by “liberty vote” Who has proclaimed that all the fraud is over now and you can trust us! Quote;
“Liberty Vote signals a new chapter for American elections—one where trust is rebuilt from the ground up,” Leiendecker said. “Liberty Vote is committed to delivering election technology that prioritizes paper-based transparency, security, and simplicity so that voters can be assured that every ballot is filled-in accurately and fairly counted.”
“The acquisition marks a significant development in the U.S. election technology industry, bringing together two major players that would provide key infrastructure for voting and voter verification systems across dozens of states ahead of the 2026 midterm elections“
What was that movie quote? One ring to rule them all? Revolving doors with new owners with new promises of honesty, but the old corrupt system?
How can they do voter verification when the current voting roles includes millions of nonexistent people? Millions of more illegal, dead, out of state, or yet to be born voters? (yes, they found people on Social Security that haven’t been born yet)
My solution is to have a “voting week” (I work 12 hour shifts and often cannot vote on Election Day) where you vote “in person” with your ID, get a paper receipt from the official “Federal voting tabulator”, put your thumb in ink (like India) to prevent the same person voting twice. Scan your receipt to look for mistakes/confirmation/results at the exit poll (“State/County/District” Instant tabulator to compare with federal to keep it honest) and to view real time updates change with your added vote.
The country will have election results at the moment of elections closing. At which time official computers will be compared to exit polls to confirm no shenanigans took place. Can two separate computer systems be corrupted? Perhaps, but if so… we will need to go back to the most primitive of voting systems which had their own problems.
Now if we could get “non-fiction” information to educate ourselves to vote on the issues rather than the party…
* “Solamere was co-founded by Tagg Romney, son of Republican Presidential candidate, Mitt Romney. Solamere Capital was named after a private community in Deer Valley, Utah, where Romney owned a ski mansion. (Mitt Romney never lived in Utah although he was senator from Utah…. he had homes here to establish residence but he lived in his mansion in Massachusetts, where Brain capital was and was governor… and in his mansion in Florida)
Under the leadership of Tagg, Eric, and Spencer, the firm continues to be active in making both direct investments in operating companies, as well as partnering with other private equity and venture capital investors. The firm looks to partner and invest in growing founder and family-led businesses with EBITDA greater than $7 million. Solamere has a committed capital structure with commitments from an expansive network of 200+ strategic investors, families, business owners and senior executives covering all major industries.”
The new owners [sic] of Ohio’s voting machines under the brand name HART Intercivic is none other than Tagg Romney.
“We may not be able to buy this election, but we can buy the company that does the counting !”
Remember the first speech Biden gave as president? When he said he was going to the Caribbean Islands to find all those billionaires who are not paying taxes? That was partially directed directly at mitt Romney and family because he ran the largest billionaire hedge fund for other billionaire hedge funds tax free out of the islands.
Biden‘s mansions mysteriously got paid off, and then he mortgage them removing net worth to put millions in the bank, and then they all got paid off again! miraculous! On top of Hunter paying an outrageous sum as rent… An unregulated loophole. No Cayman Islands accounts were ever investigated or touched.
