Two interesting takes on the pyramids and a third that demonstrates the precision of the technology of the day (although I can not understand how they accomplished it to these tolerances). When you really get down to the engineering and complexity of the structures they really are mind blowing. And yes, I firmly believe that human beings designed and built them. Never under estimate the potential of really motivated and focused men.

The accuracy of the math and the knowledge of the sky in the time that these structures were built is astounding, the Egyptians had to have a prowess of math and science to do what they did with these structures. the shear weight of the blocks and the tombs alone is and probably always will be a mystery, I wonder if any of this knowledge was burnt at Alexandria?
