But insurance scofflaws face a sharp increase if they don’t get covered soon. The fine will jump in 2015 to $325 or 2 percent of income, whichever is higher. By 2016, the average fine will be about $1,100, based on government figures.
But don’t worry, that’s not all. The law is also going to impact small businesses badly in 2015.

A new friend of mine moved to S.C. from CA. to escape the high cost of living. She has a part-time job with no health care. Until she finds a better job she is struggling to survive. It looks like she will have to pay the Obamacare fine which she cannot afford. This just adds insult to injury.
