Course NASA been told to use Orion, which it can’t lift – and liberty echos the same problems that sandbagged the early Ares-I designs. … and of course its competing for commercial crew program money that congress has promised to at least dramatically cut.
It seems a DOA proposal. The USA proposal to comercially operate Shuttle shows a lot more promis.
