Biden administration demands that all NASA grantees hire minorities/women
“Segregation today, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever!” The Biden administration has proposed a new rule for anyone receiving financial grants from NASA, requiring those grantees to solicit bids for any subcontracting work from minorities and/or women.
The Grants Policy and Compliance Branch (GPC) in the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Office of the Chief Financial Officer is soliciting public comment on the Agency’s proposed implementation of a new term and condition that requires recipients of NASA financial assistance to obtain a quotation from small and/or minority businesses, women’s business enterprises or labor surplus area firms when the acquisition of goods or services exceeds the simplified acquisition threshold.
…NASA’s expectation is that this action will result in an increase in contracting opportunities for small and/or minority businesses, women’s business enterprises and labor surplus area firms that contract with NASA financial assistance recipients.
The rule is not yet in effect. NASA is simply seeking public comment. However, the intent of this “equity” regulation is the same as all critical race theory implementations, to favor minorities and women and discriminate against whites and men. On January 25, 2021, President Biden issued E.O. 13985, “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government,” outlining a comprehensive approach to advancing equity for all, including people of color and others who have been historically underserved, marginalized, and adversely affected by persistent poverty and inequality. Given that advancing equity requires a systematic approach to embedding fairness in the decision-making process, the E.O. instructs agencies to recognize and work to redress inequities in their policies and programs that serve as barriers to equal opportunity.
Since everyone has the same equal opportunity to compete for bids, this new Biden rule, which is designed to tilt the scale and discriminate in favor of “people of color and others who have been historically underserved”, it is actually creating barriers to equal opportunity. It is also a bald-faced violation of every civil rights law passed since 1964, which required that no one should be discriminated against because of their race, ethnicity, religion, or sex, be they white, black, red, yellow, green, or orange.
But then, this is our Democratic Party, led by Joe Biden. It has eagerly returned to its slave/segregation roots, where it sees race as a person’s only important attribute, with some races deserving favored treatment and other races to be oppressed. Until the civil rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s Democrats favored whites and oppressed minorities. Now the party favors minorities and oppresses whites.
Nothing has really changed however. The Democratic Party, led by Joe Biden, remains the party of racism and bigotry.

The laws of unintended consequences comes into affect here.
Democrats see their future and political power and control in the retention of and acquisition of political power solely in women and minorities. Those segments of the population are “Thiers”, they own them.
The more they empower those groups with the people’s tax money and jobs and deny others that same tax money and those jobs who may not see the Democrats in favorable ways the better off they will be.
Its just that simple.
Discrimination? No problem if you are a Democrat.
Why? because without such methods of operation the Democrats would have to actually communicate what their philosophies regarding government are and if they were to be honest then not many Democrat would become politically empowered.
Democrats MUST lie and cheat in elections and politics. There is no other way for them. Why do you think they will fight to the death for the expanding of mail in voting for example? Any reasonably honest person would quickly understand that mail in voting is THEE most corrupt form of voting. Ask the French, they banned it for those exact reasons in the 70’s.

Cotour, I’m not certain this statement is entirely accurate. The Klaus Swab / Soros Globalist model of the world has no room for a person such a Putin whose actions are destabilizing globalist institutions rather than strengthening them. Putin is merely seizing the opportunity to push the system over the cliff for his own reasons.
Furthermore, I feel the globalist institutions are weakening because they are attempting to centralize far too much power into the hands of far too few elitists. It’s the old story of arrogance, hubris, and basic human nature. They believe this time they’ll get it right. However, the very nature of such systems makes them fragile and not able to cope with real-world complexities where both good and bad people operate out of their own interests, and the interest of their own people, rather than the interests of those who constructed the system. As the systems weaken, they become more authoritarian in a desperate move to preserve what is clearly disintegrating. I believe there are many examples of this happening more frequently around the world at an ever-increasing pace — accelerated by both Covid and now the war in Europe. This is clearly not a good time to be a globalist.

The way I see things, the globalists are in a much stronger position to create their “In the future, you will own nothing, and you will be happy” model in a strong, unipolar world. That is regardless of whether it is the US running the show or some other entity. In a fragmented, multipolar world, the hands of the globalists are severely weakened.
I think the difference in the way we see things, is perhaps that you may see that America continuing to be a dominant force in the world will weaken the hand of the globalists. I believe the reality is quite the opposite. America is not immune to being corrupted by the globalists. And, there is ample evidence to see how such growing corruption has manifested itself over the past few decades. Endless wars, erosion of individual rights while collectivism is strengthened, the acceptance of cancel culture, the elimination of free speech and thought, the destruction of families and community bonds, the clouding of basic concepts, fundamental concepts such as what is male and female… All things at odds with the spirit of the Consitution, but have been nonetheless been accelerating.

In a multipolar world, none of them will be strong enough to run things. Certainly not to the degree the US has run things over the last 40 years. I really want to see a strong America, but not running the world. We tried that, and it has been a REALLY bad deal for the average American.
We essentially bribed the rest of the world to let us run the show for a while and the burden of those bribes fell upon the shoulders of middle-Americans who have seen their wages stagnate while their were jobs shipped overseas, their savings inflated away under crushing debt while investing is now synonymous with gambling, their communities decline into crime and violence, and corrupt career politicians who care a lot more about what is going on 1/2 world away rather than the problems of the actual constituents who elected them.
I’m against globalism in all forms. Regardless if it is America or some other entity at the top of the heap. Rather I’m much more interested in seeing America take an inward examination of where we came from and where we are going if we don’t get back to our roots. Continuing to play world policeman will just continue to distract us from addressing fundamental issues that have too long been ignored.
