Surprise, surprise: The Iran nuclear deal has allowed Iran to immediately send more cash to the terrorist organizations Hamas and Hezbollah.
Since the deal was signed, Iran has significantly increased its financial support for two of the largest terror groups in the region that have become political players, Hamas and Hezbollah. In the years before the deal was signed, the crippling sanctions limited this support, which had significantly diminished along with Iran’s economy. But Tehran’s belief that tens, or hundreds, of billions of dollars will flow into the country in the coming years as a result of sanctions relief has led to a decision to boost the cash flow to these terror organizations.
This support, for example, has enabled Hezbollah to obtain highly developed new armaments, including advanced technologies that many militaries around the world would envy. Al-Rai, a Kuwaiti newspaper, reported Saturday that Hezbollah has received all the advanced weaponry that Syria has obtained from the Russians. The report cited a security source involved in the fighting in Zabadani, on the Syria-Lebanon border, where Hezbollah is fighting the al-Nusra Front, the Islamic State, and other groups. It is evidently the growing Iranian financial support that is enabling the Lebanese Shiite militia to purchase advanced weapons, including ones that were hitherto outside of its reach.

Obama probably views Hamas and Hezbollah getting more funding and weaponry as a good thing. There is a lot of support for these groups in the activist wing of the party, of which Obama was a member. The administration wants pressure on Israel and this fits with their other policies that also help create it.
I had to put this email together for an unconscious friend to establish the reasonable rational for believing that Obama might have Islamic leanings. This is related to then Trump question the other day and the Carson statement about no Muslim should be president. Carson is correct we see what it has brought us. Islam and the Koran should be seen as a military document and not just a religious book.

My post was related to attempting to my informing someone who is in many ways unconscious about what is going on except for what they hear on MSNBC and Morning Joe. The liberal media almost exclusively controls what they “know”.
Has an opinion about Islam and Muslims being president, but when questioned knows nothing about the Koran or Islam or how the Constitution is at odds with such things. They “know” because they heard it on the TV.
I think Mohammad was just a guy trying to control the multitude of insane tribes in Arabia, Obama may however be the political version of what you suggest.

Both are possible realities, one is more than likely true. Short term it is not possible to reliably determine which is which, and that is the beauty of S.O.M. (Strategy Over Morality) type actions at this level of power. We the people look at these things from a moral perspective, ultimately leadership is not burdened with such issues, they think only in necessary opportune strategic terms and can use morality as cover for actions determined as being necessary to fulfill there ultimate fiduciary leadership responsibilities.
Exercising massive power and precision technology at will serves many purposes especially since Russia has been exercising certain power moves unopposed in the region, especially under the Obama administration, and then there is China and its misbehavior and then there is the up coming N. Korea meeting.
An American president willing to exercise / demonstrate real power in order to reorganize and redirect the direction that the world WAS going calculates into these kinds of moves IMO.
The exercise of power always make an enemy rethink what they can or should be doing. This is how the game is played.
