The process can be drawn out over several years all the while receiving full pay. Welcome to the tyranny of the bureaucracy.

Except that this can all be shut down, and quickly. It requires the GOP leadership in the House, each of them, to grow a pair and cut the funding out from under the IRS. Then let them continue to work if they want, but they will not be paid. Same with the new crop designated to run Obamacare. No money, no programs, and there is nothing (legal, that is) the White House can do about it. No more time for half-hearted measures and idle threats. The future of the country is at stake.
