Genesis cover

On Christmas Eve 1968 three Americans became the first humans to visit another world. What they did to celebrate was unexpected and profound, and will be remembered throughout all human history. Genesis: the Story of Apollo 8, Robert Zimmerman's classic history of humanity's first journey to another world, tells that story, and it is now available as both an ebook and an audiobook, both with a foreword by Valerie Anders and a new introduction by Robert Zimmerman.

The print edition can be purchased at Amazon. from any other book seller, or direct from my ebook publisher, ebookit. The ebook is available everywhere for $5.99 (before discount) at amazon, or direct from my ebook publisher, ebookit. If you buy it from ebookit you don't support the big tech companies and the author gets a bigger cut much sooner.

The audiobook is also available at all these vendors, and is also free with a 30-day trial membership to Audible.

"Not simply about one mission, [Genesis] is also the history of America's quest for the moon... Zimmerman has done a masterful job of tying disparate events together into a solid account of one of America's greatest human triumphs."--San Antonio Express-News

Today’s Blacklisted American: Best Buy joins the bigotry crowd

They’re coming for you next: An anonymous employee at Best Buy has released through James O’Keefe’s new journalism outlet photographs of Best Buy’s new segregated and discriminatory management training program, specifically designed for minorities only, whites need not apply.

The picture below is from one of those photographs, cropped to show the instructions for applying to the program. The sections highlighted in red illustrate the program’s illegal and discriminatory nature.

If you have any doubt that Best Buy and its partner McKinsey & Company are doing this, you need only read Best Buy’s own press release announcing the program.

“The McKinsey Accelerator Program has been a great challenge for my leadership skillset,” said Joslyn Knight, Best Buy Distribution Operations Support Senior Analyst in Ontario, California. “Having other people of color in the program took away the façade I’ve always had to bear as a minority and allowed me to participate as a true student without having to worry about how I appear as a person of color in a space.”

Since Best Buy partnered with the McKinsey Accelerator Program in 2020, the program has expanded from one course for Black professionals to providing customized courses for those who also identify as Hispanic/Latino or Asian.

Doesn’t that sound so nice? Knight doesn’t have interact with those evil whites. He gets a clean “space” to act as a “true student”. He is so bigoted against whites he doesn’t even recognize his own bigotry.

Without question many of the managers at Best Buy and even at McKinsey have good intentions, strongly desiring to help disadvantaged minorities improve themselves. And without question those managers are also unwittingly paving the road to hell as fast as they can do it. Favor one race over another is nothing more than blatant discrimination, just another form of segregation. It violates every civil rights act passed since the 1960s, and will certainly result in lawsuits by injured white employees at Best Buy.

Even without lawsuits this racist program favoring minorities is sure to engender resentment and anger within the company. Worse, it is typical of many similar programs being installed at companies nationwide, foisted on them by Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) movement — exemplified by programs run by McKinsey — that demand companies set up quotas to favor minorities in hiring and training. Previous blacklist columns described such programs at Coca-Cola, at Compass Group, at hospitals, at Google, at Pfizer, at Disney, at Reuters, at investment firms, at the American Geophyical Union, at Warner Brothers, and at Cigna. In all cases the goal was to encourage minorities, but by favoring them based solely on race the program will only cause others to hate them more.

If you thought there was hatred between the races before, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Just give this program a few years to work and we will have race war.

Please consider supporting my work here at Behind the Black. Your support allows me the freedom and ability to analyze objectively the ongoing renaissance in space, as well as the cultural changes -- for good or ill -- that are happening across America. Fourteen years ago I wrote that SLS and Orion were a bad ideas, a waste of money, would be years behind schedule, and better replaced by commercial private enterprise. Only now does it appear that Washington might finally recognize this reality.

In 2020 when the world panicked over COVID I wrote that the panic was unnecessary, that the virus was apparently simply a variation of the flu, that masks were not simply pointless but if worn incorrectly were a health threat, that the lockdowns were a disaster and did nothing to stop the spread of COVID. Only in the past year have some of our so-called experts in the health field have begun to recognize these facts.

Your help allows me to do this kind of intelligent analysis. I take no advertising or sponsors, so my reporting isn't influenced by donations by established space or drug companies. Instead, I rely entirely on donations and subscriptions from my readers, which gives me the freedom to write what I think, unencumbered by outside influences.

  • Does anyone detect the problem here?

“As part of Best Buy’s commitment to develop and support our employees who identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC), we’ve partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Management Accelerator program.”

The solution if you want to work of this now very “woke” company?

    “I identify as black”.

    Who could argue with you?

Exactly like the DOJ and its prosecutors know that D.J. Trump did not really think he lost the 2020 presidential race. Who is to say what you identify as or if you truly think that you really did lose the race but prosecuted your attempt at taking over the government by subversive means.

(What a bunch of legalese Liberal Leftist BS!)

The CEO of Worst Buy just earned his $13.4 million salary…..
According to the Corporations annual DEI Report.
In 2022 they stretched to 13 years an 💯 Percent Score from the Human Rights Campaign CEI Ratings.!.!.

Great 😃. My last dollar has been spent at their operations.

    Good DAY 💖

Yeah, see? Everything will be just fine (if you have nothing to hide):

“In this new world, we must accept transparency, and I’ll even say total transparency. Everything is going to be transparent, and you have to get used to it, you have to behave accordingly. It becomes, how should I put it, integrated into your personality, but if you have nothing to hide you shouldn’t be afraid.”

Thanks James, we all have something to hide. That’s why we wear clothes….

Do you think he’ll open his discussions of world domination and mass genocide for transparency sake?

I see McKinsey and Company is at it again. In the 1980-90s, they advised energy companies to close their R&D facilities. Which they did. One can never know where ideas and resulting progress comes from, so it is not known how many valuable discoveries and developments were bypassed by McKinsey’s advice. It could have been substantial.

  • The numbers of White:Black at Best Buy accurately reflects the ratio of People interested in tech specs:talking and interacting with others.
Face it – more White people get excited about details of technology.
    It’s a White Thing – Best Buy wouldn’t understand.

I see on your page that you are former Liberal, how did that happen?
