Kansas sues Pfizer for lying about the safety and effectiveness of its COVID jab

The state of Kansas yesterday filed a detailed suit against the pharmaceutical company Pfizer over the many lies and misrepresentations it pushed as it rolled out its COVID jab, such as hiding the actual documented “adverse events”, including many deaths, that occurred after people got jabbed.

Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.
- Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.
- Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.
- Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.
- To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.
The lawsuit has lots of juicy factoids. For example, Pfizer kept its own database of adverse events after people took its jab, and lied about that data to the public.
As of February 28, 2021, Pfizer’s adverse events database contained 158,893 adverse events (from 42,086 case reports) from its COVID-19 vaccine. As of February 28, 2021, Pfizer’s database contained 1,223 fatalities after taking Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, although Pfizer did not make causality findings.
Pfizer was receiving so many adverse event reports that it had to hire 600 additional full-time staff and expected to hire more than 1,800 additional resources by June 2021. Pfizer had such a backlog of adverse events that it might take 90 days to code “non-serious cases.”
Yet, on April 1, 2021, the company issued a press release insisting it knew of “no serious safety concerns through up to six months following second dose.” It repeated this claim numerous times over the coming months.
Furthermore, the lawsuit notes that Pfizer’s dishonest actions in connection with its COVID jab violated earlier consent judgments from previous state lawsuits in 2008, 2012, and 2014, which demanded the company stop making false statements about the safety of its drugs.
The state is demanding $20,000 for each violation of the 2008, 2012, and 2014 consent agreements as well as $10,000 for each violation of Kansas’s consumer protection laws, all of which could add up to many millions of dollars in penalties.
The facts here reveal something fundamental however about this drug company: It is dishonest, untrustworthy, and considers itself above the law. Why would anyone trust any of the drugs it manufactures, ever?

I think it has been reasonably established by the evidence available at the minimum that the government in the form of Fauci and the drug companies have outright lied for reasons that fully remain to be established.
I suspect that the lying and misdirection was driven by monetary incentives and the push to establish the “NEW” mRNA technology.
And I will assume that all of the drug companies as well as Dr. Fauci will claim that they had to manipulate the truth because of the emergency nature of the Covid event and the government had agreed to them not having any responsibility related to their manipulations.
You know, the noble lie.
Discovery will be interesting to say the least and the 10 or more years that it will take to complete will find many of those who are curious about the result will not be alive to care?

There are a few philosophies that a company can operate under. One of them is to do what it takes to be honest and remain moral, ethical, and within the law. Another is to consider various fines to be part of the cost of doing business. We all should consider which type of company we would rather do business with.

1,223 corpses, that’s one hell of a data point. Some would have died naturally, few in the pandemic, but that’s a big pile of bodies from a study. Sounds kinda relevant to me, the fact that they didn’t report on it tells you all you need to know. The data point is that they are evil.

The previous largest ever fine against a Pharma company was Pfizer, in the tune of billions for far less than the Covid-19 jab. The entire board of directors should see the inside of a dank prison cell for a very long time. Profit over safety.

If under a declared national emergency by the government a drug is introduced to deal with it and you or a family member dies or is severely injured from that drug under these declared circumstances the drug companies may well be held NOT liable.
There is however always those fine details where people, like Dr. Fauci and others within and without government have alternate motivations and seek to either conduct mass biological experiments on the entire human race on planet earth and establish that “NEW” technology that remains unproven in so many applications.
Monetary, ideological, political and religion all may play a part in this drama.
And the purpose of the lawsuit is first the discovery and attempting to shine the light of truth into the darkest crevasses of perversion, greed and corruption that we understand is ever present in the hearts of some.
So, is the Kansas court case the be all and end all regarding Covid and the forced mRNA shot as Jed Clampet proposes?

And lets remember, Dr. Campbell was well on board with the government and drug company’s directions regarding Covid and the mRNA “vaccine”. He was on board until the moment that he realized he was being lied to, being a well experienced medically trained professional. And now he is their worst nightmare.
And that is how it should be.
It is my understanding, and I could be wrong, is that the COVID19 “jab” doesn’t meet the definition of a “vaccine”, since it doesn’t stop anyone from contracting or transmitting the disease, and instead should be considered by definition a “therapeutic”. If this is done in a court of law then don’t all those protections for the drug companies and people involved go away?

Look up the structure of cell membranes, i.e. all animal cells. The “BIG breakthrough” on the mRNA vaccine was getting the mRNA actually into the interior of the cell where the ribosomes can use the mRNA to transcribe it to the spike protein in turn stimulating the immune system. The breakthrough was the encapsulating lipid nanovesicles transporting the mRNA for endocytosis (crossing the cell membrane). Whereby when “inoculated” every organ in the body is susceptible to incorporation of the spike protein mRNA. Think about that injected into your body.
For me, an aborted biophysicist, it was a no-brainer from the start.

They were emphatic at the time that this credo is driven into the employees. This lawsuit is against Pfizer, for lying. I do not know whether any of the other companies lied to us or were merely supplying something that was in demand. The government, some employers, and some sellers/venues/destinations demanded that we get shot before entering their premises. The paperwork was called a “Vax passport.”
