If your IT guy could shed some light on why your site won’t respond to me when I am using my VPN that would be nice. I have had to add your ipv4 address to the exclusion list on my VPN which is suboptimal.

We are not intentionally blocking VPN traffic. We do use technology to protect this site and most likely what’s happening is that tech identifies the IP block or addresses you are using as likely associated with bad behavior(from others in the same vpn ip), so it probably auto blocks some Vpn traffic. Most vpn providers allow you to choose different vpn end points and you can experiment with those. But at the end of the day due to people hiding behind vpns and probing or attacking web sites you may continue to run into these issues.
