Possibly the understatement of the year. I suppose the minimum % value on the graphic is 1%, because to date they’ve raised 2/10,000 of a percent. Maybe they should try Kickstarter.
Why not just buy a Soviet capsule?
They are a little bigger and probably cheaper than making a new one yourself.’
All you need it the airframe and shield. You can put everything else in yourself.
I’m sure the Russians have greatly improved their spacecraft, but I always remember a comment made by one of the American crew on the Apollo-Soyuz mission after touring the Soyuz prior to launch:
“I guess if they can get it up there, we can find it.”
