Victory against blacklisting: School district drops attempt to punish children for using wrong prounouns

Owned by government
Despite its legal defeat, this is still what the Kiel school district
in Wisconsin thinks of the kids it teaches.

Bring a gun to a knife fight: In another victory against the blacklisting culture that wants to destroy all freedom in the U.S., the threat of a lawsuit from parents has forced the Kiel Area School District in Wisconsin to abandon its effort to punish three eighth grade children for daring to use the wrong pronouns.

The original story was posted here on May 16, 2022. At the time, the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL), which represented the parents, had sent a letter [pdf] to the school district, threatening it with a lawsuit if it did not drop its case.

After some failed attempts by the school district to negotiate a settlement, WILL announced on June 2nd its total victory.

In recent weeks, the District proposed various resolutions, but all within the Title IX framework. WILL and the families remained resolute in their position that the Title IX investigation was inappropriate and should be dismissed. WILL issued a follow-up letter to the District on June 2, making this clear. Hours later, the District relented and sent letters to the boys while announcing the investigation was “closed.”

It is worthwhile to read the Kiel school district’s own letter [pdf] announcing its decision to abandon this witchhunt against little kids. The letter’s first few paragraphs illustrate the district’s unwillingness to change any of its policies that push the queer sexual agenda, while also revealing a clear and continuing hostility to both these kids and their parents.

As you know, the Kiel Area School District prohibits all forms of bullying and harassment in accordance with all laws, including Title IX, and will continue to support ALL students regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, sex (including transgender status, change of sex or gender identity), or physical, mental, emotional or learning disability (“Protected Classes”) in any of its student programs and activities, consistent with Board policy and the law.

Over the last several weeks, our school district and community have been greatly impacted by media attention related to a complaint involving harassment.

One major concern at this point is that threats continue, to not only the schools but the Kiel Community. We have worked hard to find a resolution.

With that said, we are writing to share with you that consistent with our Board policies and procedures, we have issued clear directives and expectations to all students involved in this matter for the purpose of preventing bullying and harassment and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all of our students. [emphasis mine]

Note how the district considers the legal effort of these parents to protect their children as “a threat.” It sees any dissent to its warped queer indoctrination as a form of violence and intimidation.

What the district has really recognized is that if it continued to fight, it would lose badly, while also exposing to the greater public that queer sexual agenda. And having the light of truth shine on that subject is something these perverse school administrators and teachers know they cannot allow. Not only would the public outrage possibly cause them to lose their jobs, they might even find themselves criminally charged with child abuse.

Even with this victory, it would be a terrible mistake for the parents to let their kids remain in these public schools. The highlighted words in the last paragraph from the district’s letter indicate that it intends to keep a close watch on anything these kids do, and come down on them hard if they should do anything even slightly questionable. Why would any parent want to subject their children to such evil?

From the press release: In this ground-breaking new history of early America, historian Robert Zimmerman not only exposes the lie behind The New York Times 1619 Project that falsely claims slavery is central to the history of the United States, he also provides profound lessons about the nature of human societies, lessons important for Americans today as well as for all future settlers on Mars and elsewhere in space.

Conscious Choice: The origins of slavery in America and why it matters today and for our future in outer space, is a riveting page-turning story that documents how slavery slowly became pervasive in the southern British colonies of North America, colonies founded by a people and culture that not only did not allow slavery but in every way were hostile to the practice.
Conscious Choice does more however. In telling the tragic history of the Virginia colony and the rise of slavery there, Zimmerman lays out the proper path for creating healthy societies in places like the Moon and Mars.

“Zimmerman’s ground-breaking history provides every future generation the basic framework for establishing new societies on other worlds. We would be wise to heed what he says.” —Robert Zubrin, founder of founder of the Mars Society.

We’ll take not that the prohibition against “bullying and harassment” doesn’t apply to the school district.

Bob is exactly right. The parents of these kids need to pull them out of this cesspool of the school and get them into a good learning environment.

Two truths of the progressive, woke, fundamentally change America and the world agenda:

    1. Bill Oreily tells the truth about what is not allowed to be stated in politics or in the media, the truth regarding all of the shooting deaths committed primarily by young black men in the many Democrat controlled cities in our nation: ; 2 min.

No bail no jail is a Sorosian Leftist agenda that effectively gives a pass to any person of color, gang member or otherwise who happens to shoot and kill or wound another person of color or random person. This is Social Justice, this is Equity. This is insanity, and they are very serious.

    2. Preschool flash cards with pregnant man are an agenda: ;2:57 min.

Indoctrinating, brain washing the youngest among us to believe that a biological man can become pregnant. No one in Left / Democrat politics in America is now able to define what a woman is.

The Left is not teaching mutual respect, they have no respect for you. You will do and think as they tell you to.

Do you think this reasonable? You want to ignore such things because “You can not change the world”. Are you paying attention?–~D
