Please consider supporting my work here at Behind the Black. I keep the website clean from pop-ups and annoying demands. Instead, I depend entirely on my readers to support me. Though this means I am sacrificing some income, it also means that I remain entirely independent from outside pressure. By depending solely on donations and subscriptions from my readers, no one can threaten me with censorship. You don't like what I write, you can simply go elsewhere.

You can support me either by giving a one-time contribution or a regular subscription. There are five ways of doing so:

1. Zelle: This is the only internet method that charges no fees. All you have to do is use the Zelle link at your internet bank and give my name and email address (zimmerman at nasw dot org). What you donate is what I get.

2. Patreon: Go to my website there and pick one of five monthly subscription amounts, or by making a one-time donation.

3. A Paypal Donation:

Not one tea party group has yet been contacted by the FBI, one month after the IRS scandal began.

Stonewalling: Not one tea party group has yet been contacted by the FBI, one month after the IRS scandal began.

Worse, the head of the FBI can’t even name the FBI person in charge of the investigation.

Republican Rep. Jim Jordan lit into Mueller for his lack of knowledge during a House judiciary committee hearing. “This is the most important issue in front of the country in the last six weeks, and you don’t know who the lead investigator is?” Jordan asked, sounding shocked.

“At this juncture, no I do not,” Mueller responded.

“Do you know if you’ve talked to any of the victims?” Jordan went on. “Have you talked to any of the groups that were targeted by their government? Have you met with any of the tea party groups since May 14, 2013?”

“I don’t know what the status of the interviews are by the team that’s on it,” Mueller said.

Reached for comment Thursday afternoon, the FBI’s Washington, D.C. press office transferred TheDC to a long-ringing phone line and eventually hung up.

I have embedded the video of this hearing testimony below the fold. Watch and you will know that the claims of “outrage” by Obama and Holder are utter crap.

Genesis cover

On Christmas Eve 1968 three Americans became the first humans to visit another world. What they did to celebrate was unexpected and profound, and will be remembered throughout all human history. Genesis: the Story of Apollo 8, Robert Zimmerman's classic history of humanity's first journey to another world, tells that story, and it is now available as both an ebook and an audiobook, both with a foreword by Valerie Anders and a new introduction by Robert Zimmerman.

The ebook is available everywhere for $5.99 (before discount) at amazon, or direct from my ebook publisher, ebookit. If you buy it from ebookit you don't support the big tech companies and the author gets a bigger cut much sooner.

The audiobook is also available at all these vendors, and is also free with a 30-day trial membership to Audible.

"Not simply about one mission, [Genesis] is also the history of America's quest for the moon... Zimmerman has done a masterful job of tying disparate events together into a solid account of one of America's greatest human triumphs."--San Antonio Express-News

This is the kind of leadership that we have come to expect from the Obama administration. Competence is not an option.

When the local law enforcement gets into a scandal the FBI is sometimes called in to be an impartial investigator. It appears in this case they are not impartial but as corrupt as the IRS and EPA. With the DOJ and the FBI participating in Obama’s tyranny, there is no hope for justice.

Right now it looks like the entire government workforce needs to be fired and every institution that is participating in the persecution of political dissidents shut down.

Perhaps we need term limits for public employees with a reduced pension plan as well.

  • The solution is something called the “spoils system.” In this, the power is handed entirely to the elected official. The president can fire anyone and everyone, once elected, and put his own cronies in the jobs.

This has its own disadvantages, but at least the power is centered on the elected official, not on the unions or dominate cultural elite of the time.

Correct, Robert, and it is what I have been telling my liberal friends for some time: If they approve of or do not oppose the politicization of the entire federal bureaucracy, then they will have nothing to say when a strong, fearless, determined Republican — or third-party candidate — takes office. I hate to say it, because I know it would be bad for the country for this kind of behavior to continue, but I would love to see liberals forced to live under the system they helped to create.

I think that it would be safe to assume that the government was involved in breaching a journalists computer that reports what the administration would rather she not report (see below). The government is apparently attempting to intimidate journalists and if they can, make them into traitors or in some way discredit or maybe even black mail them in orde to defang them. Who knows how far they would go to continue their agenda.

The founders observed that the nature of man is to abuse power and the evidence being revealed about the actions of the most powerful people on the planet, that inhabit our government, using what was suppose to be “secret” techniques does not fail to illustrate this observation.

“A cyber security firm hired by CBS News has determined through forensic analysis that Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was accessed by an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions late in 2012. Evidence suggests this party performed all access remotely using Attkisson’s accounts. While no malicious code was found, forensic analysis revealed an intruder had executed commands that appeared to involve search and exfiltration of data.

This party also used sophisticated methods to remove all possible indications of unauthorized activity, and alter system times to cause further confusion.

CBS News is taking steps to identify the responsible party and their method of access.”

I do not want to live in that society.

Maybe Democrats believe their own BS about the changing demographics and how conservative principles only appeal to old white people and think they will never be on the losing end but that isn’t true and one day Republicans will be in charge again.

CBS will do nothing when it finds out who perpetrated this because they are part of the mainstream media, A mouth piece of this administration!
