How do you think these new revelations related to the extent of spying might affect the people and how they might comment on certain subjects on your site?
Fear is the weapon being used by the government. But fear only works if you agree to allow it to work. I expect there will be a large number of Americans who will choose to let fear rule their lives. I also expect a large number to spit in the eye of the government.
Since the law and Constitution does favor the latter, the latter can win, if they stand firm. And do it loudly.
Be not afraid.
I’m not afraid and relish the opportunity to stand against this present tyranny if only to honor the memory of those crushed by the jack boot of despotism under the names of communism, facism, nazism and progressivism.
