A new set of Hillary Clinton emails just released by the State Department includes one in which she is clearly ordering a subordinate to violate the law on how classified material should be transmitted.

What matters is that we, as voters, have clear evidence now that she has contempt for the law, that she willingly and nonchalantly lies about it to the public, and that she is simply not a trustworthy individual. The problem of course is that in the current political climate if she is not Indicted or Charged then the media will either ignore or spin that to mean there was no crime committed…..
And no matter how many times the story is told, the average, low info voter will assume that there is nothing to it since she was not charged with anything.
At this point I believe that if the FBI does not charge her with a crime, she will be the Dem nominee and has an excellent chance of being the next President.
If after the FBI completes its investigation and makes its recommendations regarding Mrs. Clinton and her un secure activities as the Secretary Of State and there are no indictments of her and some of her underlings then Mr. Commey who heads the FBI will have to publicly resign and explain in detail why. (along with a leak of the complete report)
What will probably happen if there is an indictment Hillary will continue with her campaign and seek winning the presidency as her Congressional get out of jail free card, a pure B.J. Clinton move. You must balance Hillary’s activities with General Petraus and his “misguided” handling of secure information. As I understand it he copied two pages of a secure message to read at home and happened to share it with his girl friend who just happened to be the woman writing a book about the general. I believe he plead guilty and came very close to spending a year in jail. Hillary and her underlings specifically Muslim Brotherhood operative Huma Aberdin / Weiner / Danger goes far, far beyond what the general did. 30,000 deleted “personal” messages on her “private” server, 1200 plus secure messages so far released by court order, “contributions” (read payoffs before the fact) to the Clinton Foundation by multinational corporations and foreign governments etc. etc. etc. Who knows where it ends?
This will all become very key to who will in actuality be running for the Democrat candidate for president. Biden? Kerry? Warren? Hillary? Chelsea?

To clarify, the FBI investigates and then delivers their report, I assume with recommendations, to the Justice Department, that’s where charges are filed or not.
Hasn’t been covered on liberal TV or in a liberal newspaper. For 50% or more of the country, it simply hasn’t happened.
Yes, the FBI would be dependent on Obama’s Justice Dept. to follow thru on any charges. The FBI director could still make the results of their invest public if he wanted to regardless of what Justice does with it.
So Hillary’s fate comes down to 2 people: Obama, and possibly FBI director James Comey.
Every day that goes by w/o a peep from either of these 2 men means that Hillary is one step closer to being the Dem nominee and thus skating on all offenses.
Even if she loses in the general election, she will still be free and keeps the Billions with a B that she and Bill have extorted thru their “Foundation”.
Maybe someday we’ll once again have a media and a Justice Dept that actually do their jobs fairly, until then we are living in a Nation ruled by men, not Laws…..
Timing being everything, James Commey will comment if and when he deems it appropriate and I am sure his words and actions will all be based in law and his fiduciary responsibilities related to being the FBI director. Obama and Lynch on the other hand will be making judgments based more in politics than law and those decisions will I am certain determine how far Commey will be forced to go in what he says and does, including resignation to coincide with his enumerated responsibilities as the director of the FBI.
Law or politics? What will the president decide to do? Could go either way IMO for very different strategic reasons. We will know soon enough, the American emperor will soon turn his thumbs up or thumbs down in the direction of his political frenimy, the leftist she devil Hillary.

Obama has Hillary in box watching for any effort to distance herself from his legacy policies during the election while an indictment looms. Donald Trump has her in a box in challenging her commitment to women. She’s brought this on herself, driven by a lust for power, a penchant for being untruthful and by not being politically smart. She’s ridden Bill’s coat tails to her current place in government. Without him she would just another name in the phonebook.
Now she’s an enabler for Bill, Obama and the morally deficient left. Her hate for republicans is an external redirection of the anger she has for those close to her. She’s a victim and like most liberals, cant take responsibility for her own decisions. She’s not the leader we need.
