For no reason in particular: Patrick Henry’s speech to the Virginia House of Burgess, March 23, 1775.
After reading it I have no doubt you will agree that this man is a right-wing extremist of the worst sort. Why, for instance, hasn’t the IRS come after him, along with OSHA, the EPA, and numerous other of our noble federal agencies that were created to protect us?
On Christmas Eve 1968 three Americans became the first humans to visit another world. What they did to celebrate was unexpected and profound, and will be remembered throughout all human history. Genesis: the Story of Apollo 8, Robert Zimmerman's classic history of humanity's first journey to another world, tells that story, and it is now available as both an ebook and an audiobook, both with a foreword by Valerie Anders and a new introduction by Robert Zimmerman.
The ebook is available everywhere for $5.99 (before discount) at amazon, or direct from my ebook publisher, ebookit. If you buy it from ebookit you don't support the big tech companies and the author gets a bigger cut much sooner.
The audiobook is also available at all these vendors, and is also free with a 30-day trial membership to Audible.
"Not simply about one mission, [Genesis] is also the history of America's quest for the moon... Zimmerman has done a masterful job of tying disparate events together into a solid account of one of America's greatest human triumphs."--San Antonio Express-News

Do You See? That’s what I am talking About.
Wow!, very beautiful writing, today this fight is inside our borders and our president is a monarch unto himself, no address to this president would be heeded, our political class thinks of us as beast of burden, as inanimate objects, as subjects at their disposal, we are not organized enough to fight this monster until we are of one mind. Our Republican party is on a collision course with itself because leadership is not with the people, The party disparages its base because it is thought that we are a radical element in its core, too conservative, not inclusive enough, but we are more inclusive than the democrat party. When we tell our representative that we want fiscal sanity, we are labeled as Tea Baggers, as a group of lunatics not to be listened to, All with the help of the democrat party and the mainstream media1
Last year while talking to the tax agency , i was asked during a very brief survey , as to what Political Party I was affiliated with and I said Neither and that I simply voted for the candidate Best Suited for the office that they were running for. The lady marked Tea bagger on the form
I would have told that IRS agency person that it is none of her damn business what my political party is. Period.
Interesting that the IRS officially recognizes “Tea Bagger” as a political party.
